I have spent Hours on the phone to just to pay my first bill and set up auto pay. My AT&a app is a joke. It just wants to sell you stuff. Everytime I got on the app it sent me to DIRECT TV????? Come to find out THEY typed in my email wrong when I set up the service. AT&T has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Call the local store and they can help you with somethings but not payments or auto pay. They wouldn’t even get me to a manager even after I asked 6 times. They have no empathy and they just keep talking over you. They disregard your request and don’t know the meaning of the words CUSTOMER SERVICE.
