I have been using adobe products for decades and as a Graphic Designer professionally now for at least 10 years and have always rated the products. I've not been able to work properly for the last 2 weeks and have spent sooooo many hours watching spinning wheels and restarting apps. The Indesign Cloud files are not operational for me currently, I've tried to access on my personal account and a total of 4 different devices; the oldest being late 2022. I've reset, re-installed, logged in/out - I am so sick of how gltichy Adobe is. I will get a file to work locally for an houror so and then it crashes and I'm back to square one. My employer even purchased a new top spec MacBook Pro as we thought it was a Ram issue. As per many large organisations, it's hard to reach a human for support (for comparison; Apple is the other end of the spectrum). After 2 remote attempts to solve the issue the resolution that was provided was A. Close the case. B. Chat to agent again (which is a faff in itself). C. Search Forum. Sort it out Adobe, please try harder to support your customers.
