I booked a hotel stay for my wife and I in Las Vegas in Februrary for arrivay on Februrary 20th for 3 nights. I accidently booked it for 2 rooms instead of 1. I called Agoda's Customer service and asked Talib to cancel one of the rooms. He said he would contat the hotel and ask them if they would cancel it. He later told me they would not. I asked him to escalate tthe issue and he said he would and would contact me with the results. He never did. I used the chat feature to try to find out what was happening and still got no information about my cancellation. When I arrived at The Strat, the deskclerk told me he could now do anything to help me, I had to deal with Agoda. He gave me keys for one room and I stayed 3 nights. n On my booking Confirmation it states " "Any cancellation received within 3 days of arrival will receive one nifgts charge." I was charged tor the 2nd room for all 3 nights. Agoda will not return my my requests for action on this matter. I used them a lot in the past and was happy, Not anymore.
