Not acceptable, won't be buying from them again.Ordered book August 30th. Told it would take up to 21 days. So expected it to arrive mid September. It's now the end of October and still waiting. Not heard any updates. I will update this review if it arrives.Don't deserve any stars in my view, maybe one if it does eventually arrive! But definitely not going to use them again.
