Ordered sambas in navy, received handball shoes that are discontinued in white and yellowish-white. Asked for them to send me correct order, they refuse. After 9 emails, not a single one even sounds human. It's one thing to have horrible customer service, but another to repeatedly dismiss and ignore customers.

I’m absolutely and I mean absolutely impressed with the quality of service that I have received from Shapeways. There customer service is nothing short of perfection. I had a Service carrier drop the ball causing damage and loss of product during shipping. It was completely out of Shapeways responsibilities to replace my items. They were under no obligation to replace my lost and damaged items. So rather than take the route of most companies and turn a blind eye. My experience was the complete opposite..They not only stepped up and started a reprint before they even told me about it. they are also airmailing the new reprinted parts next day after it is done. James in customer service has been a complete Gentleman. My wife is in the hospital with this covid 19 and I haven’t seen her in weeks and so I took my frustration out on James (I WAS AWFUL!!) He didn’t waver one bit! He staid professional to the very end. If you have any doubts about 3d printing as I did! DONT! If you want the best of both product and customer service and you are reading this! You are in the right place. There is a reason they are #1. I was lucky enough to witness Why. And because so they have a customer for life. I’m a small scale rc drag car manufacturer And will be having all parts for my product done exclusively with Shapeways. Last I just wanted to give a special thanks to James in customer Service. All I can say is If you are lucky enough to get him, he will treat you like a king. James thanks again for your kindness

Two subpostmaster commited suicide.This company has blood on its hands and those involved in the cover up should face criminal charges.The UK government though continued to give this criminal outfit new contracts.Imbeciles and criminals.

As a tester, I often have to cancel horribly-designed tests because they get stuck and I have nowhere to go. Mobile, desktop, it doesn't matter. Very intricate UX tests with 40-60 steps or more often simply crash and burn. It barely handles static JPGs well.There's also no up/down scroll bar. Ridiculous in 2023.If they were Invision, testing would have been a breeze.It's likely that many UX designers are being forced to use this crap because it's cheap or free; others don't care about testers. Tests should be designed as simply as possible; that is where Invision shines.Figma is a nightmare... it has so many elements under the hood that some UX designers go nuts with all the tools and layers, making tests completely unusable. I've had to wait up to 2 minutes for test sites or images to download. Or stall/crash.Even crappy Adobe XD is better than Figma for UX testing.

I bought a screen but I got a trash basket instead. I tried to contact them but all I got in terms of support is chatbot. When I asked for a human I got a message that it is very busy. They simply don't care. Unfortunately this is a usual occurs by Bol.com. I really needed the screen that day and that's why I bought it on Bol.com. They simply don't care about you and didn't even make a human a available to assist you.

We ordered a 75 inch TV, a TV stand and a soundbar/woofer. I called 3 times as the order was still “processing”. Each time they said they do “random” checks on orders, it gets sent to Head Office but is usually approved in 24-48 hours. My credit card was clear, so there should be no reason for this. I also confirmed my correct address as noted on the order. 4 days later this order was still “processing”. Then I read all the horrific reviews online (and…we’ve had a negative experience with BestBuy before). So…I cancelled the order as I just don’t trust them. When I called to cancel, they indicated they could call HO to “put it through”. What? What is going on there? After cancelling, I looked up the 3 items on other local sites, and they were either the same price or cheaper. When we have shopped in their local store, it always takes forever to get through the lineups and then the cashier process. They are always needing at least one more person to assist and at one point, I had to ask for a chair as my back was going out from too much standing (and we were just purchasing a USB drive). As well, when you sign into your acct online, go into your list of orders, click on the order to view it, you get sent off to another screen where you now have to enter the order number (so write it down first) and then you go back through security videos again (like when you first signed into your account). It’s ridiculous. Anyhow, Shop at Best Buy at your own peril.

So hurt and disappointed with aweber now. Unsafe to put you credit card with them because they just make up invoices with increase cost. it's sad because I have used them for over 2 decades. It started when business slowed for me I inquired why am I paying for unsubscribes. My bills were $1200 a month. After inquiring they said "oh we don't charge for them anymore but only stopped when I asked about it. (class action suit coming) I paid for years.Then now they are charging for sends. They also upcharge you when your list grows but don't downgrade you when you have less subscribers.Here is the kicker, I was only aloud to manually delete subscribers 100 at a time which took me hours. And not they made it so I can only delete 20 at a time now. (class action)Aweber are crooks now. Watch for awber video coming soon on youtube. Search "aweber class action".

Useless. Tfl should find a new hobby in pouring hot water into a chocolate teapot as that’s as far as their usefulness can get to. For a company which charges ridiculous fares, consistently cuts concessions for the elderly they seem to have no issue with spending billions on useless crap. In Barcelona a MONTHLY travel pass is minimum €20. Maximum €60. Including buses, metro and the tram. I spend around £20 in two days. TfL are a legal cartel and should be disbanded and a new idea should be brought up zero accountability. Terrible transit. Outer londons transport is comparable to Los Angeles. One tram line and congested roads. As I am typing this j have been sat at a bus stop for 20 minutes and it’s the buses second stop. Where could the bus have been delayed on the 0.3 mile stretch of road??

Just how awful is the system in Playstation that I can't just press dont auto renew for a Playstation plus subscription and it doesn't. This isn't even the first time it has happened to me. I would cancel out auto renew just to find out it still goes through. I can't trust this platform with card information cause it will charge me for things I don't want and no other platform like Steam has a problem like that. Now I'm stuck between 30 minute call waits and a support bot that's so beyond useless where it gives me an option to fill a refund request form but it gives me a error 404 page as I click on it. Almost like it's trying to grab your money and run with it while telling you everything is ok.
