Terrible service in store and online

We ordered a 75 inch TV, a TV stand and a soundbar/woofer. I called 3 times as the order was still “processing”. Each time they said they do “random” checks on orders, it gets sent to Head Office but is usually approved in 24-48 hours. My credit card was clear, so there should be no reason for this. I also confirmed my correct address as noted on the order. 4 days later this order was still “processing”. Then I read all the horrific reviews online (and…we’ve had a negative experience with BestBuy before). So…I cancelled the order as I just don’t trust them. When I called to cancel, they indicated they could call HO to “put it through”. What? What is going on there? After cancelling, I looked up the 3 items on other local sites, and they were either the same price or cheaper. When we have shopped in their local store, it always takes forever to get through the lineups and then the cashier process. They are always needing at least one more person to assist and at one point, I had to ask for a chair as my back was going out from too much standing (and we were just purchasing a USB drive). As well, when you sign into your acct online, go into your list of orders, click on the order to view it, you get sent off to another screen where you now have to enter the order number (so write it down first) and then you go back through security videos again (like when you first signed into your account). It’s ridiculous. Anyhow, Shop at Best Buy at your own peril.
