I’m absolutely and I mean absolutely impressed with the quality of service that I have received from Shapeways. There customer service is nothing short of perfection. I had a Service carrier drop the ball causing damage and loss of product during shipping. It was completely out of Shapeways responsibilities to replace my items. They were under no obligation to replace my lost and damaged items. So rather than take the route of most companies and turn a blind eye. My experience was the complete opposite..They not only stepped up and started a reprint before they even told me about it. they are also airmailing the new reprinted parts next day after it is done. James in customer service has been a complete Gentleman. My wife is in the hospital with this covid 19 and I haven’t seen her in weeks and so I took my frustration out on James (I WAS AWFUL!!) He didn’t waver one bit! He staid professional to the very end. If you have any doubts about 3d printing as I did! DONT! If you want the best of both product and customer service and you are reading this! You are in the right place. There is a reason they are #1. I was lucky enough to witness Why. And because so they have a customer for life. I’m a small scale rc drag car manufacturer And will be having all parts for my product done exclusively with Shapeways. Last I just wanted to give a special thanks to James in customer Service. All I can say is If you are lucky enough to get him, he will treat you like a king. James thanks again for your kindness
