Have cancelled our membership and will be spending my money with English Heritage...

Have they lost the plot..can they really afford to loose memberships at the rate they appear to by allowing Tim Parker to foist his left wing political/woke opinions culminating in an 115 page report on how we must view history in relation to their properties ( how much did that cost to produce???).. I don't need the National Trust telling me what to think.The job of the National Trust is to look after its buildings - nothing else. It’s not the job of the National Trust to lecture it’s members and volunteers with their woke views of British history. Have cancelled our membership and will be spending my money with English Heritage...To quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.." big mistake, Huge" #prowngoal

Customer service doesn't exist

I'm a 67 y.o. & bought a two year care package with my HP DeskJet 2800 All-in-One Printer because I was sure I'd need to troubleshoot with an actual person at some point. I've been trying to reach them for 2 days by every option listed and NOTHING! No working printer, no help, NOTHING! Waste of time & money.

Great form building software

Great form building software! I use Jotform for so much, from registration and taking payments, to surveys and applications. And as a small nonprofit, we appreciate the non-profit discount which makes this so affordable. Customer service is a little tricky, there isn't anyone to contact really, but luckily it is easy to use and I rarely need help.

This is awful

This is awful, a client has sent me files via dropbox that are greater than the basic, free, level. I've signed up to an account that gives me access to the right size, but I cannot get into it. I've found the chat service but it is populated by a computer, when I ask to talk to a human it sends me to Howly, saying they will be able to help but I have to sign up with a credit card that will charge me a £1 refundable fee, but when I get through the sign in to that the cost is over $38. It's all a rip off, and I cannot find anyone to talk to that will help. If I had any other way of accessing the data from my client I would use it.

I have been an app developer using Google Play for years, and my software company has been running for over 20 years. However, these impertinent fool amateurs at Google see fit to make unprofessional demands that I prove that my business is real long AFTER they have taken my money, and published app after app after app... and long AFTER I have already verified my business. They are a totally amateur bunch of ignorant buffoons who seek to wilfully cause obstruction after obstruction, NONE of which I have ever experienced with my Apple developer account. Google ought to be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

Worst loyalty program ever

A few years ago I discovered that ASUS has a loyalty program. They called it ROG (Republic of Gamers).I thought: "why not?". I registered. I entered the serial numbers of my ASUS products. I participated in all the activities available to me that the company organised. I visited their website every day.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone to repeat my experience. Why?1) For several months I had problems with their website. I found temporary solutions on my own, but they worked every other time. At some point, I despaired and contacted the technical support. They listened to me and promised to contact me as soon as they find out something. I am still waiting for their answer (since August 17, 2022)...2) The levels and points accumulated for participating in the program burn out after a year. I wanted to spend it on something I'm really interested in, and ended up losing almost everything. That is, participating in ROG you will have a difficult choice: just lose points or spend them on nonsense. You will be disappointed either way.3) Rewards rarely appear, are expensive and sell out quickly (sometimes in a few hours). ASUS warned me a month ago that I would lose points. So I began to come twice a day to get at least something. During July, only such awards appeared: merch that was not interesting to me (which was instantly sold out) and a game that was not interesting to me (I could not get it either. It needed to take through a site that is not available in my country).Dear ASUS. You have gotten your points back. Please tell me now how can I get back the time I spent on you?

I should have checked Trust pilot..
