Parcel never delivered...Xiaomi UK should consider different courierI placed order on 30th of Dec hoping for next working day delivery, today 05-01-2022 I was allocated one hour time slot and at last minute recived message from DPD that I was not at home, driver did not came to my address and message contained pick up shop 3 miles away. I called DPD & Xiaomi UK and explaind situation and also offered CCTV footage of my house to prove fact driver is lying but no action taken by both copanies....

Mega support team is really helpful, no matter how many times i mess up my file and get deleted, they help me to recover my files within short period of time. My suggestion is not to upload files more than limit if you are using free account.

The hotel I booked through Hotels.com was closed when I arrived.Hotels.com was incompetent in getting me a refund. I call at least 7 times to get a refund. Useless customer service, had to go through the entire gauntlet of service reps every time I called even though I had a case number.

I've been using this store for more than 5 years now, had to refund a game I bought by mistake and the process was very smooth, so overall I deem it very trustable. That said, despite their effort to prevent it, old games can have all kind of compatibility issues, so I strongly recommend to read user reviews before committing. I must say I haven't bought many games because various issues were reported, but at least they (and their awesome community) are honest enough to let us know beforehand.Overall this game store deserves to be supported so much more than others, and that's all I'm gonna say.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO COMPLAINTS DEPT.Yup ebay stopped all that support recently leaving customers with just "FAQs" and "Ask the community" basically passing the responsibility to the forum which is exactly what facebook did just over ten years ago and how do that end up?.This takes place when these companies do two things, they simply become THAT big that the look into saving money and due to the volume of complaints and admin costs to run the site ebay simply eliminated that all which saved them millions but also prevented any future issues having to deal with their customer moans, the other thing that causes this to happen is when companies get sold out to greedy shareholders!.Ebay has recently dropped the "Fees" for selling, at first thought everyone was buzzing! Yaay...But that was short lived now that we know they have changed the site so we have to use Royal Mail or Evri (UK) to post items, Evri is the worst of all couriers and you only need to seach online for their reviews to see my point, so ebay have formed some kinda allegiance with royal mail and evri where ebay get paid every time you post with these two companies, there is also the so called "Ebay protection" charge which basically by now you understand ebay did away with the fees but came back with TWO new charges!.What is worse is the new postage format is horrible and doesnt allow private users to adjust postage prices! there are 100s of thousands of posts online all over of customers angry with these changes, Ebay has gone totally quiet!.'The end is nigh' unless they sort it.

worst ever, never again with Newegg, bought a Braun razor for Newegg, came broken out of the package. Took a week and half to get it to me, then when it came broken, took a week to get back, NoW it take there RMA department 10 days to process, and another week and half to get a new one back. YOU TELL ME ADD THAT UP, THATS 5 WEEKS AND SOME. JUST TOLD THEM TO REFUND ME, I ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE, BE HERE IN 3 DAYS NEW NOT BROKEN. ( newegg has a fake rma department that reject everything, so they don't have to replace the broken merchandise. they try to do it to me, no chance, had TELL a couple of so called supervisor OFF. bottom line this is a rip of CHINA COMPANY!

product is great, lenovo customer service is the reason for this review's low rating. They literally couldn't care less if they tried, i had to make multiple orders before receiving anything. Multiple orders cancelled for no reason without communication. My amex was charged 5 times for 1 purchase (although the other charges fell off), it just shows they are disorganized and could not care less about your business or providing reasonable service

My package was lost/stolen during shipment. I was told I would receive confirmation for my replacement via email within 48 hours, which never happened. I contacted them again and was told the same. Again, no confirmation or acknowledgment. I contacted them again, this time for a refund and was given the same spiel. I reckon I'll be stuck in Groundhog Day for a while until this is resolved. Meanwhile, I will trash this company to whomever will listen, blast them on social media, and continue to write poor reviews. For your own sanity, avoid lenovo. They are a scam and have stolen my money and will steal yours

ORDER NUMBER 406-1002009-0768321 Order 11 April 2024Realmente es increíblemente malo que Amazon no siempre trabaje con Correos, hemos tenido decenas de envíos a la misma dirección y de todos los envíos los únicos que nunca llegan son de Correos, ni siquiera llamada o mensaje y estamos en un puerto deportivo con recepción donde lo pueden despedir así, realmente terriblemente mala compañía. Debido a que estábamos experimentando muchos problemas, decidimos dejar de comprar en Amazon por ese motivo. La peor parte es que todos los demás transportistas utilizan exactamente la misma dirección y siempre realizan entregas. What a bad company. Because we were experiencing a lot of issues, we decided to stop purchasing from Amazon for that reason. The worst part is that all other carriers use the same address and always deliver.
