Emirates flight booked with "Get A Flight" avoid

Flight, No Help — Avoid!I booked a long-haul flight from Birmingham to Penang through a travel online agency "Get A Flight", flying with Emirates — or so I thought. What they didn’t make clear at all during booking was that the second half of our journey (around 7 hours) which was with FlyDubai, would be nowhere near the standard you expect when you pay for Emirates.On the FlyDubai leg, we were stuck with no in-flight entertainment, no pillows or blankets, and extremely uncomfortable seats — an absolute nightmare for such a long flight. It was hands down the worst flight my family has ever endured.When we reached out to the agency to complain, they washed their hands of it and said it wasn’t their problem — even though they failed to tell us about this big downgrade at booking. They just told us to contact Emirates directly and offered no help whatsoever.To make matters worse, my husband and son are stuck on the same dreadful FlyDubai flight for the return leg later this year, which they are now dreading.If we were told from the start that flying with Flydubai on the 2nd leg of ours journey would not provide the basic long haul ammenties we would not have booked this flight. We will never book with this agency again and will avoid Emirates too — they should be clearer when selling a codeshare with an airline that offers such a poor experience for a long-haul journey. If you’re considering booking through this agency or planning to fly Emirates on a similar route: think twice or you may get the same unpleasant surprise we did even if the flight code starts with EK you may find in the finer print that your flying on a budget airline.

I enjoy Animoto

I enjoy Animoto; it expands my creativity. Animoto is very convenient on the PC, however, I run into some inconveniences on the mobile app. When adding photos, the albums are almost like randomly ordered. It takes forever to get just one photo. Other than that, Animoto is very useful for creativity and making memories.

Zara refunds!!!!!!

I purchased a shirt/top from Zara in Chester, the first payment said it was void and had not gone through, so used my card for the 2nd time!! When I got home the transaction had gone through twice on my card. I went all the way back to Chester and they said they could not do anything I needed to contact customer service, which I have, they said to send me all details via text message, this information has no been sent twice and still no refund £30.09. Is owed. I will not be buying anything from Zara again and I am very dissatisfied with the way they have treated me.

It was a stressful time for me but they made it so much easie for me with their expertise and kindness. Even staying open late so we could get all our rooms booked. Thank you so much xxx

Unethical sellers and bad refund policy

Order no OD226370635024064000 on 3rd Nov 2022. Received wrong item ,ordered item with Metric thread as indicated in the product detail, but received UNF thread item. Returned and asked for refund; instead of cash refund I was issued Gift coupon , forcing me to buy something else. I placed order with this coupon ,order no OD226442109277430000 on 4th Nov. Ordered Metal frame with glass dome wall lamp from VA gallery, Recd wooden frame with broken glass dome.on 11th Nov.Has filed for return on 11th. Do not know whether they will again issue me coupon or cash refund. Worst thing is Flipkart doesn't upload all negative reviews by the buyers, just couple of them to project neutrality.

This company is a complete Scam

This company is a complete Scam . I wish I read the reviews before applying for a rental through this company . Unethical and unprofessional . Even thou I was the first person to applied for the house and paid $130 for the application they never checked my references or credencials, they kept collecting applications fees from over 30 or more people and let me hang for a whole month. After my many calls Asking for an answer they told me they found someone else . I believe they collected over 3K in applications and held me on stand by for the whole time, I was the first to applied and professionally speaking they should had check my references before anyone but never even checked my references . I would not recommend this company , in fact they are a big scam . Bad business . This was in Hawaii oahu north shore . The manager who interviewed us Name Sloane said she was just following the company rules . Very unprofessional.

Problem with refurbished parts

My mother and I chose a printer when at Currys and which turned out to be an HP, the item boxed and taken from underneath the display-shelf, but when home saw there was a mark on the top.Having taken it back, we ordered an updated model online via Currys and once again a marked item.Deciding to shop with HP, directly, we ordered yet another of the same model (a 7306 ink-tank) and there was a mark inside the printer with some blemishes on the outside.Sending it back, we ordered a replacement and there was a damaged reel (curled up at the edge).Sending that one back, we received a third item which had a white streak going across the grey back.I then gave up on HP.When having explained the above to HP Store, I was told by them that they think the problem stems from one of their factories in China.I was told later by a person in a superstore that HP uses many refurbished parts and that their equipment generally breaks often. I took the damaged goods as providential because the person informing me of this was also a graphic designer, like myself, and when walking out the store he shouted out that he was currently mending an HP radio and which he held up to prove it.The reason I have given them more than one star is because they did not make the returns process difficult, they did return my money without issue and they are also probably right about the problem stemming from China and so to some degree the bad experience in trying to order pristine products from them is not their fault. Evidently, a factory is using refurbished parts. However, this does equate to the fact that those overseeing the company need to run a tighter ship.

AMEX doesn't want to open dispute for a fraudulent charge

someone who pretended to be an insurance company stole money from my AMEX.I called this company to aske them who they are and why they took my money without any of my authorization. they were not able to find me because I had never signed any of the documents they emailed me even though they were very insistent. the real insurance company told me that this is fraud and told me to call the authorities and my credit card.I started dispute with my AMEX however AMEX explained that I am on my own. They will not help me. I pleaded to talk to the dispute department but this man on the phone told me that this is my fault and I am on my own here.
