If I could I would give Ulta zero stars! I put an order through in the middle of April to ship to Canada where I live. I kept checking the tracking number and it kept saying it was still in Chicago and hadn’t been processed yet. Fast forward to June and I still haven’t received my product and now the Ulta website is saying that it has paused all shipments to Canada, without even notifying their Canadian customers like myself. Trying to email guest services is an absolute joke since every time I tried I would get this automated email back saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours which never happened so I had to constantly email them back since it would be weeks before I even heard that they were “looking into it”. Finally in the middle of June guest services email me letting me know that they are going to give me a full refund back to my credit card and if the product ends up arriving at my address then to enjoy the free merchandise. I was very appreciative that at least finally they were going to give me my money back. I did end up getting the order about a week later but to my surprise no refund. It has now been about a month since they told me I would get a refund and low and behold no refund. I am so angry with their garbage customer service and I will NEVER shop with them again after this horrible experience that I went through. Please save your money and DO NOT shop there!!
