Schade.

Review of freshdesk
Fresh-desk is very user friendly. It allows the group to be included in all emails and workflows which is great for when colleagues are absent/holiday. Easy threads to manage timelines and responses without having to track and trace personal emails to get a clear understanding of the topic responses.

Review of freshbooks
Expensive for successful businesses. Looks shiny but their Zapier automation does not work correctly (my template did not show on automated invoices and thus they looked terrible. They have not fixed this in years unfortunately. My bank was not added in years. And to top it all up a representative called me and told me, that if I wanted to use Freshbooks further (after long years of good custom on my side and highest plan paid already), that they will now charge me based on the number of CUSTOMERS I have...wow, other companies grandfather their loyal customers'pricing plans, Freshbooks does not care. I told him again about the multiple difficulties I have with Freshbooks but still, they wanted more money. I switched now and they do not get my money. anymore. Good luck Freshbooks!
Review of doordash
A few points to highlight my frustrating experience with this service:1. The drivers dont care in contacting customers. If you missed a letter in your address they wont bother reaching out to you. They will just skip the delivery.2. Refunds with them is a pain. Call center is full of agents clueless of processes.3. Terrible customer service. There are no notes taken by the agent that picks up the phone for a case or concern you raise. That means every time you need to tell the new agent the same story over and over.In a nutshell...stay away from this service as much as you can. Otherwise you will lose your money and get a headache for no reason.
Review of channel4
Sadly Channel 4 has lost its way. Publicly owned but funded through advertising. So it has a statutory remit to deliver high-quality, innovative, alternative content. The onus here is alternative rather than high quality or innovative. A case in point is the embarrassing alternative Queens speech. Just when the country is trying to come together CH4 sees fit to lampoon the queen and what she stands for. It says it all about the morals of those in charge at CH4. If it is publicly owned then perhaps the government can do us all a favour and close it down.
Review of capterra
I am the bishop of a diocese in the Episcopal Church. We were looking for database software. A friend sent me a link to a possibility, and, while looking it over, I saw Capterra's invitation to explore other options. I clicked on it, was put in touch with a Capterra rep by phone, who listened to everything we were looking for. Within a couple of days, I had three very viable options to enter into conversation with. The experience has been positive at every step. Thumbs up on Capterra.

RevolsLogitech purchased Revols a while ago. After a long time waiting my Revols arrived but didn’t work. After four requests to tech support, I finally got a reply giving some different set up instructions. Still don’t work, another three contacts to tech support and NO RESPONSE. If you are expecting to need any level of technical support, buy elsewhere

Response was very speedy and the issue was resolved within 24 hours during the exchange of emails. As the issue was resolved I would only make one minor negative observation. Replies were given a customer support name but appeared to re-iterate the requests as though someone hadn't actually read the earlier emails. Makes me wonder if this was genuine humans or AI. As I say, the issue was resolved but it was a bit frustrating/odd feeling that the respondent hadn't read what had already been tried. Happy to be back up and running tho' hence the 5* review!
