Give me the authentication code and let me have my software. It has been almost a day and I still don't have my bundle. When I purchase on Sweetwater, it's instant. Just FYI.

I used to travel a lot with the company and enjoy it, but last time the experience was very bad. The employees on the ground did not know about a transit free visa in china and they did not let me go on the plane. I had to go to Hong kong instead and then Chian. IT system had a bug as well so that the visa free was not recongnized in their IT sytem either. And it has now been more than 2 months and still no answer from their custom service. Any response in over 2 months! I am really really upset.

Wish I could give minus stars. Ordered some golf shoes back in June, the order was dispatched in 2 parts. One pair of shoes I received. The second part of the order never arrived at my house. The Royal Mail proof of delivery shows them sat in a warehouse. Adidas are refusing to refund me and state that they have been delivered so they won’t refund me. Have provided proof from Royal Mail, staff on phone even confirmed doesn’t look like my house but they “can’t do anything”. SHOCKING

One of the worst software experience I have ever had in my entire life. Used it for a college class. Adobe Cloud always finds a way to start on my system even though it doesn't have startup priviledges. They have so many different processes running to do God knows what. This is unacceptable. I will not pay you for what is essentially malware. Edit: to get out of paying them to cancel your subscription you can just switch to a new plan and it will give you about a week to cancel and they will not charge you anything because its an entirely new subscription that cancels out your old one. Suck it Adobe. They even paid me $5 to cancel because I switched to a cheaper plan before immediately canceling and they paid me the difference.

Your streaming sucks. Paid 56 or something dollars to rent ufc 239 and couldn't even watch it for ten seconds at a time without waiting for it to stream. Won't be getting anymore money from us. The UFC messed up switching to ESPN plus and are losing a lot of fans.

I don't usually have problems with my order and if I do, they refund my money. The problem I have with them is their online ordering. I have marked to keep connected and it shows my name at the top. But when I try to go to the pharmacy or even look at my cart, it makes me sign in again!!! WHY??? Many times I go to the pharmacy website and it says a prescription is ready to fill so I put it in my cart and when I go to check out, it doesn't let me. Whoever is in charge of your IT department needs to be fired or at least demoted. It is so frustrating using your website! I had to pick a date, but I wouldn't complain if it was just one or two dates!
