They messed up my first test. Thankfully they at least sent a new one for their mess up. Then it took even longer to get my results. Very disappointed. Ya it told me what regions was in my DNA but that’s it. I can’t do or see anything else unless I pay even more money. Also the app isn’t easy to navigate. I should have saved my money.

I have had the same experience as many others - can’t cancel my subscription. Man on the phone said it couldn’t be cancelled as I had cancelled my direct debit so should pay before they can cancel. I was working so couldn’t have a long call, he said the only way to cancel was a much longer call! Absolute joke - my direct debit guarantee says I can cancel my direct debit, so I have in effect cancelled my subscription

Very problematic and inefficient support. I used this service for years pay as you go. The last time i paid the monthly plan but nowhere I saw that it's autorenewal. After the second month was billed I asked for a refund as I didn't use the service at all also for EU law i have a right to a refund in 14 days after purchase. After applying for a refund they are sending me the third time for same link and nobody want to solve the problem. I can't understand the logic, i used this service for years but after this behavior of sendpulse support i will move to another service. So I don't recommend to anybody this service because once you need help from support, don't expect to receive any help! Very disappointed!

The redesign must have been done by a group of people with no understanding of user needs. The new icons are sufficiently different that it is hard to determine which to use for what. There is a reason that teh QUERTY keyboard is still around - there is a huge number of users that have adapted to it and any change requires massive retraining. Ditto with user interfaces. Given the lack of concern Microsoft has for its current users, I would say that now is a good time to bite the bullet and transfer to alternative applications.

Idropped my xiaomi mi 9 lite ,and it damaged therear camera glass lens cover,I informed xiaomi customer services uk and they sent a jiffy bag for me to send the phone th SBE LTDI knew I would have to pay for the damage as it was my fault, SBE LTD received my phone on the 18 march 2020, and the cost would be £77.28.After numerous phone calls to SBE LTD and Xiaomi customer services I was told waiting for components.SBE LTD had my phone from the 18march 2020 until the 13 may 2020, seven weeks and still no sigh of a repair ,so I informed SBE LTD to send me my phone back and also a refund, thanks to SBE LTD they sent me a full refund..phone still needs repairing.Xiomi customer services have been no help whatsoever in getting components ,totally useless customer service.Spoke to them on 19 may said they would see what has happened to parts, and would get back to me Still waiting.Would give them no stars if I could

The original prices on the items page changes in the cart to cancel out any coupon you may have. For example, $5,000 original price with 10% off coupon. In the cart now you'll see, original price is $5,500 x 10 % discount = $4,995; NOT $5,000 x 10% discount = $4,500. I spoke with customer service at length about this, even spoke to a manager, they said that's how they run discounts. Just increase the original price to cancel out any provided discounts???!!! Aweful!

I’ve had unacceptable poor customer service again from this bank . I’ve been a customer for many years and I don’t understand why the customer service is the way that it is . I have no access to my own money, when I get off work branch is closed I ordered a new debit card last month and still have not received one , each time I’ve spoken with a banker they said they mailed me one out and I have never received it , I work for the postal service at the office in which town I live and no debit card ever came through there . What is going on ? I ordered an new by way of rush order I was told it would be here in one to two business days on Saturday and today I called and they said the order didn’t get put in til Sunday. We had a client allegedly (client says she didn't, Wells Fargo says she did) dispute a Zelle payment made to our office. Wells Fargo has cancelled our ability to receive payments via Zelle. After 3 days, all they tell me is I have to wait 24-48 hours for it to be assigned to someone to look into. Unbelievable, mean while we lose thousands of dollars a day. I called their executive office at 844-576-6424. Same thing, just sit and wait for a call. Makes me wonder why I have been with them this long. Terrible customer service
