I used to travel a lot with the company and enjoy it, but last time the experience was very bad. The employees on the ground did not know about a transit free visa in china and they did not let me go on the plane. I had to go to Hong kong instead and then Chian. IT system had a bug as well so that the visa free was not recongnized in their IT sytem either. And it has now been more than 2 months and still no answer from their custom service. Any response in over 2 months! I am really really upset.
