Update! June 29, 2024Still NO refund.Still going back and forth.They changed telephone numbers and email addresses.I booked a vacation for July 2024 in January and was told I had until June 2024 to cancel to receive FULL refund. The vacation is through VRBO using JURNY, one of their partners. The booking is paid in full. In early April I found that my roommate is unable to attend. I formally cancelled the vacation April 4 2024, and requested a refund as per their policy. I have contacted them consistently weekly since. I have been given two different phone numbers to call. One of the numbers has been disconnected and the other rings with no answer. I have also gone on both websites, sent messages, spoke in their respective chat sites and still no call back, no text back, no email back but most importantly No Refund.
