Vrbo is a scam. They are taking money from customers without any customer service.The host tried to force me to pay some extra money in cash, Vrbo said I shouldn't pay him. Host threatens me to not welcome me in the listing, Vrbo says I will get a full refund cancellation. It has been 3 days, no news from Vrbo. We are supposed to check-in in 3 days and Vrbo refuses to give us an answer. They are scaming us.
