Review of ubs
I have been SO disappointed by this financial institution. I started off with one branch....on the West Coast. One day I received a notice saying "We've decided you would be better served at another division." Noone contacted me personally. I had been with this company for a few years....handled by a partner who retired. I stayed with the new branch because the pandemic hit...and I thought it was a bad time to make a change. I just e-mailed my financial advisor....and the e-mail was returned. Apparently...he left at the end of the year. I was NOT notified. Clearly....customer service and/or satisfaction is totally irrelevant. And this is NOT an insubstantial amount of money. I'm disgusted.

Review of lowes
Despite all of the negative reviews mine is positive. I had my washer delivered Saturday morning the 29th of June 2024 by Antonio and Toney. They done an outstanding job. They followed instructions to the tee. I might suggest to others that they show a little kindness and respect. And instead of griping at Lowes about your purchase, try the manufacturer. After all it is their responsibility to stand behind the products that they sell. Lowes is not required to do your bidding for you.

Review of goodhousekeeping
On Friday I noticed that £54.99 was taken from my bank account. I never heard of Hearst uk, or receive an email to tell me that they were going to be doing this.I have twice asked them to cancel this subscription?? and no joy. They said that in an email they sent me in February 2024 it states that they would be doing this?? 11 months ago?? My insurance company send me renewal notice as do dvla even though they are on repeat. My current subscription with Good Housekeeping doesn't run out till March, so why are they taking money now.I think they rely on people not remembering or just can't be bothered to cancel..I DO..and I want my money back. They have the cheek to say that I have to give 8 weeks notice to cancel.Just give me my money back.
Review of Etsy
IF I could leave less than a 1 star, I would!!! I bought a bottle of champagne ($99) for my best friend, in Maui. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/24/24. It NEVER arrived! After numerous attempts to contact ESTY customer service, I disputed the charge. Apparently, Navy Federal sided with them. So, I am out $99 and will NEVER order anything else from ESTY!!! KEEP your hard earned money and DO NOT trust this "company"...
Review of Etsy
As a small business owner operating under a fully registered LLC, I expected Etsy to uphold a minimum standard of professionalism. Instead, I’ve spent weeks trying to verify my bank account, only to receive inconsistent and baseless rejections.I submitted valid documentation from Airwallex, a well-known fintech platform that partners with global payment institutions like Banking Circle — the exact same banking partner Etsy accepts through Payoneer. Despite this, my documents were rejected without proper explanation.I’ve contacted support multiple times, received generic responses, and no one actually reads or understands the documentation provided. They’ve even contradicted themselves from one message to the next.If you value your time, mental health, and business growth, I cannot recommend Etsy. There is no real support system. Compliance processes feel arbitrary. Sellers are left hanging for weeks with no accountability.Absolutely unacceptable for a platform of this size.

Review of xero
First time Xero user - very familiar with Banktivity (Mac), but not too good with Excel. However, none of this mattered - Dara was a great help and guide through the issues I’d had during my initial earlier exploration of Xero. He’s enabled me to feel confident in moving all banking activity over to Xero for the past accounting year. Very glad I had the opportunity to ‘Google Meet’ Dara, and chat things through, with him being super willing to assist me again. Thank you!
Review of wpengine
First, you can get hosting for 50 sites for $5 at Hostgator. That's not what WPEngine is. WPEngine is serious Wordpress managed hosting for those who don't want to manage the backend with PHP and Wordpress updates. WPEngine provides hosting for websites that need the fastest, most reliable user experience. No shared hosting here. But... you pay an exorbitant price for such a high-quality environment. One site? $30 a month. Service is tremendous, but I had to bail for the price. $350 a year for one site was a bit much for me. But if you are a serious Wordpress website developer this is the company for you. I gave it 4 stars due to the price, but the service and product are worthy of 5 stars.
Review of kayak
If I could give a ZERO, I would. I have used Kayak for years as a search booking engine for travel, and I have always enjoyed their product. Recently, however, as I searched for an airline/airfare and made my selection, the "vendor" was noted as "Bought Through Kayak." I had little concern as Kayak had earned my respect as a search engine. I was sent an invoice through Kayak, though I was charged directly by the particular airline and issued a ticket on that airline's stock. Due to pandemic travel issues, the airline itself cancelled my flight. When I contacted the airline, I was told as I had booked "through a third party," I needed to contact Kayak. So far, so good. But when I called Kayak, I was told that they are only a "Search" site and not an agent/vendor. I pointed to their issued original invoice. (It was almost as if their customer service didn't realize Kayak was actually SELLING certain tickets.) After much back and forth and a true 'Catch-22' situation, I was told that Kayak "provided me the COURTESY of contacting the airline," and that of course the airline had agreed to a full refund. However, I was instructed that Kayak (who says that are not selling agents) would require a $100 per person/per ticket refund fee -- amazingly to be charged immediately, and then awaiting the AIRLINE-issued full refund weeks or months down the road! I can understand fees when they occur - sometimes. But Kayak cannot have it both ways, saying they are a "search site only," and then actually acting as a selling agent. The fact that extraordinary circumstances caused the AIRLINE to cancel my flights and gladly offer me a full refund with no fee or penalty of any kind should NOT entitle Kayak to add-on a previously undisclosed fee. I had no choice but to pony up -- even though the airline itself said what was happening to me at least in this case this "just wasn't right." So buyer beware! I won't again use Kayak for any reason (I spend about $30k annually on travel -- pre-pandemic anyways, so their $200 "push" on me will certainly cause then more that by a longshot with my future. ) Look to Skyscanner as a great search alternative! PS: even trying to contact Kayak and their people is a sheer experience in frustration....you only get weirdly automated voices and spend hours on music on hold.
Review of bigcommerce
After 7 years we are finally moving away from BigCommerce. Safe yourself a painful journey and go anywhere but BigCommerce. Some features have been broken for a year and they keep telling us its not a priority therefore it wont be fixed anytime soon. But you get sucked in and end up paying hundreds of dollars a month for better service only to come find out customers service, tech support and the legal team know they rip you off daily, but just don't care. It must be the worst software company on the planet. Its very sad, but we are happy to find a new home with wordpress and woocommerce. I have worked with Shopify for over a year now on another site and Shopify is by far much more organized, easier to use with excellent support. Shopify also does not steal your money by false advertising and actually care about things that gets broken and resolve it quickly. We deeply regret working with BigCommerce.
Review of co
The worst experience in the history of experiences.Articles were awful didn’t even read after first month and to make it worse they keep you on hold for over an hour to cancel your subscription. Please if you do anything today do not subscribe to this useless company and pointless subscription.
Review of temu
I shop Temu sometimes. Read the discription and know most of the stuff is cheaply made. Some of the items I have ordered are OKish. Temu will allow you to return one item and you don't return it. On occasion a really cool deal comes along, and that's exciting!!

Review of garmin
Excellent service, thank you Garmin. A very patient and helpful staff member who walked me through the steps to try to fix my Vivo active 3 watch, then the watch was replaced when these steps didn't work. I would highly recommend Garmin and will be buying their products in the future.
