Instead, I’ve spent weeks trying to verify my bank account, only to receive inconsistent and baseless rejections.I submitted valid documentation from Airwallex, a well-known fintech platform that partners with global payment institutions like Banking Circle — the exact same banking partner Etsy accepts through Payoneer. Despite this, my documents were rejected without proper explanation.I’ve contacted support multiple times, received generic responses, and no one actually reads or understands the documentation provided. They’ve even contradicted themselves from one message to the next.If you value your time, mental health, and business growth, I cannot recommend Etsy. There is no real support system. Compliance processes feel arbitrary. Sellers are left hanging for weeks with no accountability.Absolutely unacceptable for a platform of this size.
