Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. First, I tried to save money on transportation and order a used dj mixer online and upon receiving it. I plugged it in and nothing, it didn't work and wasn't even tested prior to purchase/shipping.So I was instructed by a Guitar Center employee to come on in and return item in store. So after 4 Uber transportation services back and forth from home to store,totalling $120, I was talked into upgrading into a new mixer and wasn't compatible with my system , so it had to be returned also. After long trips in traffic and 2 returns, I left with nothing. Having to wait 24hrs for an electronic refund. I was able to find this brand new mixer under $200 and am still waiting for my mixer, after missing work and awaiting refund and mixer, tired dj Dennis:-(

Facebook suspended my account on Jan 10 2024 with ** no reason given ** !!Facebook has been getting incrementally worse over the years, but this has put the topping on the cake for me to decide NOT to use FB anymore.They have been censoring truthful information for many years now, and its intolerable now.I tried to appeal but I dont know if I will get my account back.

BOOKING.COM IS NOT RELIABLE

I made a hotel reservation months ago on Booking.com. They cancelled my booking closer to my arrival date. The Customer Service is very poor. They would not provide me with a reason for cancellation nor provide a discount code to compensate for the price difference of booking another hotel, considering the prices have gone up. A total let down!!! Do not book with Booking.com.... BOOKING.COM is NOT RELIABLE!!

FRENCHNe réservez pas avec Agoda si vous avez d'autres options. J'avais comparé les prix sur internet pour une chambre avec balcon au bord du lac d'Annecy, comme c'était un critère essentiel pour moi pour cette réservation. J'avais choisi Agoda qui était un peu moins cher que les autres. A notre arrivée sur place, surprise : la chambre n'a pas de balcon, elle ne dispose d'ailleurs d'aucune vue dégagée. Après une plainte auprès du service client (et malgré une preuve de réservation d'une chambre avec balcon), ils m'ont tout simplement menti et dit que j'avais fait une erreur. Je n'ai plus l'énergie et le temps de me battre, alors j'en resterai là, mais je n'utiliserai plus jamais AGODA.ENGLISH We booked a room with a balcony - which was clearly adervstised as such on the website. I compared prices online for a room like that and chose Agoda, which was the cheapest option. When we received the booking confirmation, all of the room details had disappeared but I did not pay attention. We discovered at our arrival at the hotel that our room had no balcony. This was clearly a mistake made by Agoda on their website and not the hotel's fault. I filed a complaint, and the customer service simply lied to me. Even today, when I try to book a room at the same hotel, for any date, all the rooms, including the standard ones, are advertised with a balcony. I will NEVER use Agoda again, who are misleading and liars.

Review of parallels

Easily run PC programs on my Mac computer.

I really enjoy using my Mac computer, and use it for everything in my drafting/design business. I did most of my drafting on AutoCAD LT, but recently started using Revit which is only available on PC. I found Parallels and after some research I decided to try it. Parallels was extremely easy to install and use on my Mac computer. It was nice to have a free trial period to try things out before purchasing the program. The Revit program does take a lot of memory to run properly, but Parallels makes it easy to adjust the amount of memory my Mac allocates to Parallels to make programs run better.

Review of miro

Unfortunate support experience due to not being "Enterprise" level

While Miro seems like a great product, we had a very negative experience from a support standpoint. If you have fewer than 30 users (or think, if you're trying out Miro on a small group of users but you're still a large organization), good luck getting assistance from their Support team. We requested a review of their security docs and they refused, saying that they only run through that process with Enterprise customers, or those evaluating Enterprise. Their refusal to provide assistance in this area was very troublesome and we had to cancel due to their inability to help. We would need a really good reason to give them another shot in the future, and I hope they decide to modify their current processes related to this.

7 driver cancellations and no shows…

7 driver cancellations and no shows with me having 5 star rider ratinghad set up return ride from business appt. near evening. 7 drivers accepted ride and then cancelled after keeping me waiting for an hour overall. never got a driver to show up all cancelled, original ride to location was fine. i have a high rider rating 5 stars. getting no help from lyft customer service. was stranded and had to get other person to get me home. they are ignoring as they know it is very bad. now I see that they charged me more than the agreed amount of 18.99 which they never performed on so it should never have been charged, and they have charged my bank account 21.92! Where did that come from? i had to dispute this with the bank a further mess. these people are no good! the date is 11/14/2023

DropBox - how I used to love you...

I loved DropBox, I really did.They I was offered an upgrade on my space, and as a sole trader, and impressed with them in the past, I tried it out and agreed to what appeared to be a £120.00 per year after a trial period.When I finally caught up with my accounts, after taking time out to have a baby around the same time, I discovered a £720.00 debit from my account for myself and 4 additional staff. Admittedly, I caught this 7 weeks late, but when I queried this, I was closed down.So avoid, play the system, get your mates to sign up for free and expand your space that way - or use other providers.

Absolutely terrible platform. Schools need to find a better tool than this garbage. I will never recommend this to anybody and encourage every student that has to use this platform to reach out to there school administration. We have to do better than this junk!

American Express Is Not What I Thought It Would Be.

**January:**- Received frequent American Express Gold Card invitations by mail.- Surprised and pleased to be approved for the card during a financially tight period.**Following Months:**- Initially, everything went smoothly with the new card.**Issue Arises:**- Encountered problems when an authorized user was linking their card.- Received a fraud alert, initially dismissed as not significant.- A second fraud alert led to a call to American Express.- Experienced a negative interaction with a customer service representative during a social dinner.- Instructed to use NotaryCam to verify identity with a live person and driver's license.**NotaryCam Difficulties:**- Challenges with NotaryCam; the site was confusing and unhelpful.- Spent three days trying to resolve the issue.- Interaction with NotaryCam staff was unclear and ended with an unfulfilled promise to notarize and send documents to American Express.- Received an email from NotaryCam stating they couldn’t notarize your documents.**Ongoing Concerns and Actions:**- Concerns about personal information being compromised.- Checked credit report, which only showed the new Amex account.- Frustrated by lack of clear communication and assistance from American Express.- Filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.- Repeated contact with American Express executive offices, but with no resolution.- Paid for notarization three times without success.**Current Status as of March 21:**- Possess four American Express cards that are effectively unusable.- American Express does not acknowledge my identity despite accepting payments.- Facing financial setbacks and threats of account closure.- Feeling disappointed and frustrated with the overall experience.
