I booked a property named R&H guesthouse ,Kasane Botswana and paid through the app. When i got there the property owner said they dont use any online booking service, all their booking are done manually, the listing was false, i thought all the properties listed on their site were verified. The only redeeming action was that the customer service I talked to was helpful and helped me booked another room nearby at another property without any additional fees. If you are planning on using their service i think it would be best to first confirm with the property if they use the service rather than just trust hotels.com, you might find yourself sleeping outside.Even after complaining, the fake listing has still not been taken down

Due to the faulty dye on their green shirt spring last year it ruined my cream trousers and cream jacket I spent more that 9 months dealing ith their customer service. They still haven't stopped fobbing me off to this day despite having sent the receipt all the photo evidence; and I've even offered to send the damaged clothing when they got funny about it. I won't ever buy anything from these people again. Cheap and nasty and don't pretend you don't know like your customer service keeps doing even the store manager who witnessed it and told me to contact you was getting fobbed off when she rang. Shocking behaviour.

HP’s post-sales service is an absolute disaster. I deeply regret purchasing an HP Pavilion laptop, as the battery (model no. PC03XL) completely failed in less than 3 years — shockingly poor for a so-called premium brand. When I reached out to HP World in both Airoli and Vashi, I was met with sheer incompetence. Neither store had a clue about the battery or any replacement parts. It's laughable how a global tech company can be so clueless and unprepared to support its own products.To make matters worse, no third-party or non-branded batteries are compatible either, leaving me stuck with a useless laptop. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating — it's disgraceful and unacceptable. HP has lost a customer for life, and I will actively discourage others from buying anything from this brand. This wasn’t just poor service — it was a complete failure on every front. HP should be ashamed.

They inactivated a bank account I have with them even though I have an active loan. Just a terrible experience and will never bank with WF again. I tried to leave feedback with a phone rep helping me with the problem and they don't even have a method for their CS team to take feedback to pass on. They also don't have an email/chat method on their website. Pretty easy to see how much they care about customers

This is not a product review but an experience review. I recently placed an order for a new Yoga laptop with an 8GB RAM upgrade for my wife. This is a simple modification that can be done in an afternoon, or so I thought. Order was placed end of February. I was told a maximum of 5 weeks to ship, end of March. Their website never would give a confirmed shipment date. Three weeks of waiting the website increased their estimated shipment date to end of April. After waiting 5 weeks customer service still couldn't confirm a ship date. How, really? While waiting Lenova even sent sales ads showing the same computer I ordered on sale for less! By the time I would have received the computer a better one would have been developed. This experience has turned me off this brand and I will continue to share my experience to others. I believe customer service is just as important as the product we are purchasing. The point for the upgrade is to get the modification and keep the warranty intact. At this point I'll buy another comparable brand.

I had an issue with subscription plan. Namely I wanted to move from the family plan to the individual plan. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do that through the website. So I connected to customer support.They were so fast to respond to my mail. It felt literally like live chat. My problem was solved after few emails in 10 minutes or so.It is so nice to see a company providing great customer service. Keep up the good work!

They restricted my second account after the first one remaining restricted for 3 weeks now! twice I fill in all my personal information My work history is related to people's businesses and at one point a notification is sent to the first account that I need to verify my account asking for my personal data or ID I send it to them and after an hour I am told that the account is closed, I created a new account, I put in new information in the same way after a day I am asked for verification via ID a second time, and I give it to them my id, and after a few days I am told that my account is permanently closed again …This it is absolutely outrageous and irresponsible to close accounts like this without any reason or explanation, these companies who do this should be ashamed of themselves!Suggested solution:They should review my account in person and if they need any additional verification or documentation contact me not to close my account without any reason and explanation!
