Worst experience ever. First, I tried to save money on transportation and order a used dj mixer online and upon receiving it. I plugged it in and nothing, it didn't work and wasn't even tested prior to purchase/shipping.So I was instructed by a Guitar Center employee to come on in and return item in store. So after 4 Uber transportation services back and forth from home to store,totalling $120, I was talked into upgrading into a new mixer and wasn't compatible with my system , so it had to be returned also. After long trips in traffic and 2 returns, I left with nothing. Having to wait 24hrs for an electronic refund. I was able to find this brand new mixer under $200 and am still waiting for my mixer, after missing work and awaiting refund and mixer, tired dj Dennis:-(
