I cancelled my TV Licence over 2 years ago, simply due to the fact I rarely watched the News, and other 'Programmes' due to the blatant and biased agenda. They pander to lefties and chase a young audience that simply do not watch the BBC.They do not cater for 50+ imo.I do not miss watching live broadcasts, I only wish I'd cancelled my TV Licence many many years ago.

We made a tour reservation in Granada Spain for a tour of the Alhambra. This was a tour company that had 4 + stars on Trip advisor. However, while in Granada it was clear that this and other such companies are running scams with regards to Alhambra entrance tickets. Selling tickets that that do not actually have. However, Trip Advisor allows them to continue to do this without consequence. Clearly they are not working in favor of the traveler rather the travel companies who look to earn money at any cost. This was a TERRIBLE experience and this company lied to us about tickets to the Alhambra with tour. When we showed up at "PLAY GRANADA" we were informed that our tour was canceled. Not only that we were lied to that the "Alhambra" was closed that day due to European Union summit that was actually 2 days later. We went to the tour office and we spoke with officials at the Alhambra which was in fact open and full of tourists. We were informed that these unscrupulous tour companies sell you tickets that in fact they do not have in the hopes that they will be able to obtain tickets for you at the last minute. They also have a restrictive cancellation policy whereby you lose your money if YOU cancel. And yet they informed us that there was no ticket the morning of our tour. What that means is that they know they don't really have tickets and will not have any and yet they hold on to your money in the hopes that you cancel and they keep your money. They are unscrupulous and I would advise Trip Advisor to not have anything to do with any of these companies. Go to the main website of the Alhambra to get your tickets.Do not rely on any companies that do business with trip advisor. Trip advisor does not care about you.

When the driver arrived and we entered the car we tried to verify the address location and main road for the entrance to the hotel the driver completely ignored us and would not respond when we tried to confirm location details took us 28 minutes away from our hotel we continue to try to tell her this is the wrong way she ignored us and took us into a very bad neighborhood pulled in behind an apartment complex and said we're here we read back the address that was programmed for the location and this was not it and she said well I'm not taking you there so you'll have to get out I told her absolutely not you need to take us to a public business at the very least which she did very high crime rate area for us to be standing outside waiting on another ride no regards for our safety first and last time I will ever use Lyft

American Express is not the world-class company that it once was. Just one of the many examples is.... In late 2024, we experienced a financial hardship, and opted to enter the AmEx Financial Relief program which reduces interest, and sets a flat payment to help you get back on track. We entered the program on or before the date that our payment would have been 30-days late. They stated that because we entered the program, they would suppress reporting to the credit bureaus. Not only did they report that payment as 30-days late, they did the same thing for the following 4 months. Not having at least "paid as agreed" for the subsequent month is impossible, as the Financial Relief Program requires automatic deductions. Upon contacting both American Express and the bureaus multiple times, I was told that the "late" indications would not be corrected. This is resulting in a falsely low credit score which has caused increased interest and costs on other credit lines, and made it virtually impossible to get a consolidation loan so that we can pay everything off sooner. I will have to file a lawsuit in order to get this matter solved, and they just don't care.

I have awarded 1 star as that is the lowest it goes, it should be a minus 5.I bought a 17.3 inch laptop 4 months ago and it has been 4 months of hell, it's the slowest computer i have ever had added to which I am continuously running trouble shooters to keep it going. i.e network connection troubleshooter at least 4 times a day and all I get back from them is reset the pc which I have done 4 times to no avail and every time I lose any software I have installed.My charger just went wrong so I sent it back, they want £42 to replace it, after only 4 months because I cut the jackplug off to use an alternative device to charge the laptop so I could continue using it. I told them to throw it in the bin where all their products belong.I have to save up to buy a replacement, not easy as an OAP and the replacement won't have anything Asus in it for definite.
