Visited the Durham branch and wished we hadn't. The food was barely edible and obviously re-heated before serving. Left and spent the remainder of the night feeling quite poorly with very upset stomach. £45 wasted. WON'T be going there again

In fact yes gpt sometimes try to trick you to escape answering unsolved problems but in general we cannot deny that its so useful and has changed our life's to the better. So yes 5 stars are still low. deserves more

i just had a near death experience with microsoft teamsthis very bad app i am using for school and when i am talking to my friends my teacher can join any moment without a noise so i wont be able to hear him join that is very annnoying bcs i was talking trash about my teacher with my friends and now he is mad at me and is trying to give me bad grade and hitting me in school so in head and butt so thanks alot microsoft teems i hope you get this messege and will refund me with all the money i have used and also contaKT me teacher so i can ge my grades fixed AND i will defenently go to zoom now and throw my microsfot PC out of da window'Have a great day i lov u all peace outactually 5 starsnot....

Nice Shop - Great Support!

The game I was looking for (Gangsters) was very cheap. At first the game didn't run, but the support helped me very quickly so that I could take the necessary steps and the game now works perfectly. Special thanks to Falran who sent me very detailed instructions about what I have to do to run the game! I will definitely be getting more classics from GOG :)

Missing items on a refund..

Missing items on a refund... AGAIN! Really not surprised to see a rating of 1.3, absolutely laughable and very questionable for such a global brand!! N.10JSDVDJLOXDS - Returns number. If you are going to bother looking into my query. I returned 4 items in this refund and was only refunded one item. Spoke with customer care and they refused to help me saying that their warehouse take special care in processing refunds and its not possible they were missed. Reality is that the Zara warehouse has screwed up with my refunds several times before and I'm now on some black list as they think I'm not trying to steal off of them, and they refuse to help me. I cant believe this has happened yet AGAIN! I do not live near a store, its a 40 minute drive from me and a £15 parking charge for me to do so, so returning at the InPost Locker round the corner from me is my easiest solution. However as they do not weigh the parcels, its now very difficult to prove, like i have done before with the post office, the weight of the parcel with all the items I have retuned. I'm a Merchandiser in a retail head office for a small brand. I have with these kind of issues along side my customer care team on a regular basis. Never would we dream to treat our customers this way. Furthermore I have a 15 year career in retail, there is no way in HELL I'm trying to steal off of you. I earn very well and its an insult. I have requested charge backs with my bank, so I will be receiving my refund one way of another. I will be following this all the way through to the end, with me getting my money back, so its in your best interest to just refund me the £120 you owe. YOU NEED TO REVIEW YOUR WAREHOUSE PROCESSES AS A MATTER OF URGENCY, THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY WITHOLDING PEOPLES GOODS AND MONEY. You should be punishing your incompetent staff not genuine good any loyal customers.

credit card dispute nightmare

Why would I waste my time trying to help them improve? I disputed a charge from a retailer that violated several Federal and State labeling requirements by phone on May 5. I was told I had to file a paper form which I received on the 13th. I filled out the form, signed it, scanned it and sent back with exhausting documentation on the 16th. I called the Claims Assistance Center today and after being handed off from one agent to another before finally reaching Claims Assistance was asked the same questions I had answered in my email response. The claims Center only response to information provided by telephone and I had to repeat the material I had submitted by email once again. Why demand a hard copy claim if you ignore it 100%? Aside from being incompetent, their people appear to be arrogant and couldn't care less about the customers. Even the DMV would not hire them!

Disgraceful business Ubereats

I placed an order via UberEats, and the restaurant accepted it. However, shortly after, the restaurant called to inform me that the items I ordered were unavailable and requested that I cancel my order. Since I’ve never canceled an order before, I asked the restaurant if I would receive a full refund, to which they confirmed I would.Despite this assurance, I later discovered that I was charged for the full order, even though I never received the food. After contacting UberEats multiple times, they kept telling me it was my fault for canceling after the restaurant had accepted the order, but offered no real solution. Both the restaurant and UberEats are failing to provide proper customer service in this situation.I feel this is an unjust business practice, especially when the restaurant itself asked me to cancel due to unavailable items. On top of my frustration is that Ubereats don’t have customer service telephone line.

Fraudulent company

Placed an order in early March - bought expedited shipping. It was "in stock". A month later... Nonresponsive support, zero information about the status of the order. Unwilling to refund. Holding my $ for nothing. Just filed an FTC complaint and suggest others do the same - (ftccomplaintassistant dot gov). Textbook fraud.

Get Your Guide was an excellent platform for booking three events in Paris: a fashion show, the Moulin Rouge show and the Palace and Gardens of Versailles. They were very helpful in answering my inquiries promptly. The website is user-friendly, and it offers convenient options to chat with a representative if needed. I would certainly use it again for booking future tours or events. Keep up the good work.

Zero customer service, worse sales team

Zero customer service, worse sales teamApproached Dell sales team for advice on purchasing an identical computer one bought the year before. Informed this one was no longer available (although it later turned out it was) Was then sent a link to a computer to purchase which was identified as the same performance as the previous one. I was not advised of any changes which should be considered, but was told I could if I wanted to. I took the link at face value, as it could be personalised and assumed it would be as they profess to be "Excellent" and I'd provided such specific requirements.The computers were nothing like the one previously purchased, totally underpowered. When I approached the sales team and customer service, was told it was my problem and tough, despite offering to pay for any upgrade or changes to be made to the machine to make it perform as required. A different sales team then had the audacity to call me to sell me more computers. I will never purchase from Dell again.
