They are dishonest robbers! They default to auto renew and don’t send any communication letting you know the subscription is due to renew. They just take your money and when you contact them they just refer to their so called no refund policy! They say it’s up to individuals to go into their site to change the auto renew. For people who have stopped using their service, they aren’t going on their site so it’s completely forgotten about until of course you get a shock when $ is taken from your credit card. I checked consumer rights and they state that product owners must take steps to communicate with their customers when services are due to rollover, giving consumers the option to opt out. I recommend if these robbers have taken your money via credit card to contact your bank to lodge a dispute. It’s likely you’ll get your money back

I used Agoda platform to book a room, trusting on them. My reservation at Hotel Lotus, in New Delhi, was 550 rupees, but they charged me 2016 rupees, making up a fee, knowing that, with many bags and little time, I would have to pay. They had agreed to offer me breakfast before checkout, so I didn’t buy anything to eat; at checkout, they didn’t allow me to eat. They asked if they could call a taxi, and I agreed, but when it was time to leave for the airport, I saw that the “taxi” was an old car with no taxi markings, and the driver was a hotel staff member. Stressed, I forgot my bag in the old car; they were less than 1 km away but charged me 300 rupees to return my bag. In any serious country, this is a crime. At this moment, Agoda didn’t help me.

All I wanted was a refund for the money they took out of my bank without concent. I emailed them and they said I NEEDED to call them to verify it was my account and they needed the serial number of the console I set up my account on (I set it up on a pc) and the console I have (surprise I dont have one) and other irrelevant information. I said specifically in the email I couldn't do a phone call because of my mental disability and the response I got was that nothing could be done without a call. I then tried to call up and 4 times I was just hung up on before I got to speak to anyone and the "customer service" staff are just rude. I wouldnt recommend playstation at all you are better off getting a cheap gaming pc that will work 100 times better and get xbox game pass as they are the more reliable at this time

I have cancelled my National Trust membership due to their misleading guidance on drone usage. The Trust incorrectly claims that drones cannot be flown over their properties, despite UK law stating otherwise. Under Civil Aviation Authority regulations, drones are legally permitted to fly over this land, meaning the Trust has no authority to impose a blanket ban, or enforce it. By spreading misinformation about drone laws, the National Trust is misleading members and visitors into believing they have greater control over airspace than they actually do. This creates unnecessary confusion. Disabled visitors, who may struggle to explore National Trust sites fully, can use drones to experience and appreciate these locations in ways that would otherwise be impossible. Aerial photography can provide an alternative means of enjoying historic sites for those with mobility impairments, or other disadvantages. They are clearly overstepping their authority, using irrelevant byelaws as justification, and failing to recognise that UK airspace is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, not them.

Having visited Gilbert Court in Culcheth recently,for the first time in two years,we were overwhelmed by the wonderful welcome.We have always happy to stay there,but we found it a comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Janice,the manager,and the residents made us feel special,and we enjoyed the entertainment and the great atmosphere there.Thankyou
