They are dishonest robbers

They are dishonest robbers! They default to auto renew and don’t send any communication letting you know the subscription is due to renew. They just take your money and when you contact them they just refer to their so called no refund policy! They say it’s up to individuals to go into their site to change the auto renew. For people who have stopped using their service, they aren’t going on their site so it’s completely forgotten about until of course you get a shock when $ is taken from your credit card. I checked consumer rights and they state that product owners must take steps to communicate with their customers when services are due to rollover, giving consumers the option to opt out. I recommend if these robbers have taken your money via credit card to contact your bank to lodge a dispute. It’s likely you’ll get your money back
