1 month old 77” TV stopped working 2 weeks ago. Took service a week to show up for warranty work. Samsung subcontracts their service with poor techs. Tech showed up without needed part. Now Samsung cannot locate part.Bought new Sony to replace. Sony fighting to keep cash despite not being able to fixNo employee has provided any assistance.
