All I wanted was a refund for the money they took out of my bank without concent. I emailed them and they said I NEEDED to call them to verify it was my account and they needed the serial number of the console I set up my account on (I set it up on a pc) and the console I have (surprise I dont have one) and other irrelevant information. I said specifically in the email I couldn't do a phone call because of my mental disability and the response I got was that nothing could be done without a call. I then tried to call up and 4 times I was just hung up on before I got to speak to anyone and the "customer service" staff are just rude. I wouldnt recommend playstation at all you are better off getting a cheap gaming pc that will work 100 times better and get xbox game pass as they are the more reliable at this time
