Many thanks to Chris Soltani, and the Software Advice team for their timely support and accurate information. Chris provided a step by step process, and made himself available when I reached out to him over the next couple of weeks. Overall, it would've taken so much longer without Software Advice's assistance. After receiving the details, I still needed to organize the information, interview and work with the vendors, and take test trials of their software. Thanks again, Chris, your help is much appreciated!

After finally getting an engineer out to look at my new washing machine that cost 1k. He put in his report that although he couldn't find anything in drum tearing my clothes, ge believes it's the settings causing them to only spin at fast speed. Recommends replacement machine or refund. Lg email to Me saying, engineer could find no faults so they won't be doing anymore. If I dispute this decision I need to employ my own engineer and they may reconsider reviewing again. They lied to me on the phone call again after already pretending to be a manager on a previous call. Absolute disgrace. Luckily for me I have a copy of engineer report so will now find the most expensive laundry person I can hire to do wash my clothes while I take lg to court and claim my expenses back.

Indiegogo is a fraudulent company. They state very clearly that they provide backer support and hold campaigner's accountable yet there are no real consequences for campaigners taking money, providing a few campaign updates and then completely disappearing while taking your money and running. I contributed to 3 campaigns in 2020 and have not received a single perk. All three campaigns initially gave updates but have disappeared over 6 months ago and have not responded to multiple email inquiries. I am out over $1000.

Terrible. Their accessibility option is anything but accessible and makes you run in circles but never actually does what it's supposed to do. Forget trying to solve these things, it's laggy doesn't make any sense and is generally just frustrating and annoying. I try to not do business with anyone who uses these craptchas

If I could leave zero stars I would. Wayfair cancelled two orders that I placed for beds ordered for my son. The second cancellation occurred after waiting on the phone for over 2 hours and being assured the order would not be cancelled. I will never order from them again.

UPDATE: I’ve changed my review because Wayfair promptly waived the return fee in response to my original review. The Wayfair design service is awesome! The designer helped me select throw pillows to refresh my living room, and her recommendations were excellent, except one pillow was too large for my chair. I did have a little trouble trying to return that pillow and a couple others because the return cost was higher than expected.

Stray Kids was as fantastic as they could have been but I felt like I missed out on a truly authentic concert experience when the idols were more concerned for the concert goers than the venue/ staff were. Somehow during the concert, they ended up becoming the managers of a ballpark instead of being able to let loose and have fun.

More delaying tactics from AliExpress.Reply to AliExpress which wants photo copies of delivery note and photo of delivery package delivered almost 8 weeks ago. Who keeps packaging ?Total rubbish. Another delaying tactic from Aliexpress. AliExpress has been informed parcel Nov 28 has been received. Parcel Nov25, has not been received.What kind of company are you running if you now ask for photos attached to a delivery. A delivery almost 8 weeks ago! AliExpress should have its own record of orders and deliveries.

Refused to give me Helix Credits that came part of a pack. Made me jump through numerous hoops to provide proof, which I did. And then when they ran out of excuses and knew I was right, they told me to go to the PlayStation store - even though it was a Ubisoft issue. Its clear they want to do everything they can to be as awkward as possible and avoid doing anything. I long for the day when legislation is brought in to stop companies abusing customers with digital transactions and in store currencies. Ubisoft are an awful company without ethics and need to be held to account.

The customer service rep with whom I spoke was extremely helpful. She recognized the issue about which I called immediately and explained how it could be resolved. I was very pleased at her attentiveness and her helpfulness. I received the replacement promptly. Dealing with your representative in this case is the reason I buy my books through B&N rather than another bookseller. Outstanding service.

I have purchased multiple games that Xbox then says I don't own. I have to hard reset the Xbox to be able to use one of them, but for every other game that I have purchased (and have a receipt for) I have to go into my order history, scroll through every purchase made since and then view it through that - suddenly it says I do own it and can install. How are my purchased games just going missing?
