Bad customer service.Had an issue purchasing API credits; other providers got it resolved within the hour. I talked via their Intercom web widget and just to their Fin AI.When requesting a human it said "Read more in our Help Center.". But I was already in their help center. I opened like 6 of these all going to that message or "You can find more information about your issue by searching in our Help Center. Or, start a new conversation if you'd like to continue chatting with Fin.".I don't want to contact Fin AI, I want to contact the non-existent support team.
