This is the worst customer service I have received for a company. I had a horrible experience at a hotel stay and I have been trying to contact booking.com for weeks and i just get bot responses assuring me I will hear back in 4 hours and I am a valued customer. Clearly I am not. If you try calling the number its AI generated bots that answer there, too. ZERO customer service. Check their comments on facebook. I would not recommend you you this company and I will cancel the reservation I had made for later this year. Oh, and the price of the exact same room I booked was 30 dollars less on the hotel website.
