Shit company. I have email .fr not .com but this shit 💩 company change it from .fr to .com. I didn’t receive notification after that I try to change email I can’t. Update information after that I received kit I sent kit 2month after. They cancel it I don’t know why and they told me I will receive an other kit. Abselutely awful costumer support. I have had my email for over 20 years and have been locked out for no reason. I have important very important documents, medical records and reports for my disabled son on the account. It would take 2 seconds to verify it is me with a phone call but after hours in chat with support I have gotten no where. I have completed over 10 recovery forms and no response in over 4 week despite u saying I should here back in 24hours. I have spent hours on char with support who just say that will chase it but nothing actually happens. I am now considering legal action as you are nit giving me any ither option. very very disappointing and very let down by Microsoft. Of I could give 0 stars I would.
Review of hotels
Paid for a hotel in Rome when we arrived, it was nothing like described. The room smell of a sewer, the bathroom was down a steep flight of stairs, which had a basic cheap plastic corner shower,a treadmill and another exercise machine in it (why?). We couldn't open the windows, because instead of the city view, we were given a basement room, where the windows were under the street grilles,and also had bars on the windows. It made us feel sick. We were there an hour out of four nights, I contacted hotels.com to sort the refund. They gave the hotel owners 72 hours to reply, not telling them to give the refund, but asking if they would return the money. The hotel didn't reply, until after they knew our 4 days were up, and we wouldn't be in the country anymore, refusing the refund. Hotels com wont do anything, and when I wrote an accurate review, that review was also declined, so there are no accurate reviews for the property. No wonder the reviews made it out to be better than it was. Have used hotels.com before, but this will be the last time, as they clearly do not look after customers, and don't get their money back, even when a hotel has been falsely advertised, and it is impossible to stay there.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! Program is ok but very basic. It is a good starting point. I do, however, want to warn people against signing up for annual subscriptions. Duolingo makes it almost impossible to end your subscription and they will not warn you that it is coming. It just shows up on your CC. There is no number (of course) where you can talk to a live customer service person and the "help desk" simply lists a bunch of emails based on you problem/question. JUST DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Additionally, the packaging was dirty, which was not acceptable for a product at this price point. I contacted customer service, and while they promptly provided a $50 partial refund for the dirty packaging, they refused to offer further compensation for the damage to the rug caused by improper packaging.I was offered a full refund if I returned the rug, but returning a 9’ x 12’ rug is inconvenient and impractical for me. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, customer service stated that their system prevents them from issuing further compensation or overriding the initial refund.While I appreciate the partial credit, it did not fully address the damage to the rug. I expected better packaging and resolution from Bed Bath & Beyond for such a premium product. Really frustrating. Twice I tried getting help from chat. They've reffered me to en e-mail adress I should write to both times, that does not work. It doesn't accept incoming e-mails? I jujst need someone who can help me and who speaks English. Very frustrating to deal with. Use another Amazon website if you can! This is getting really stupid. I call them and wants to speak with someone who speaks english. Then they say one moment and put me on hold. After a while they just ends the call? What the hell??

Don’t use Zara’s online service it’s dreadful. I love the shop but the online service is the worst I have ever experienced. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from their website. Take your money elsewhere, they don’t deliver the goods, don’t provide updates and you have to jump through hoops to get a response. My order never arrived, I chased for an update, visited the shop, nothing…told just to wait longer.I was originally advised the items had been posted but the tracking info never updated, and the item never arrived, I am out of pocket and all Zara say is the item is now out of stock and I will be refunded at some point. ❌❌❌AVOID AT ALL COSTS❌❌❌

Within 24 hours after payment, my account was suspended for "suspicious activity". Support did not elaborate on this decision and inquired me to identify myself with data a support employee should not have access to. When asking for a refund, they told me to request a refund through PayPal, where they proceeded to ghost me. In fact, their email address on PayPal is set to noreply, so I doubt they ever got my request, but who knows. Reported it to PayPal and got my refund denied. Genuinely the worst customer experience I ever had in my entire life. Stay away from this service and do not forget to cancel their access to your payment information, as they will continue charging you money for content you do not have access to.

Eventually, they ruled in my favor, confirming I was not at fault — yet they still charged me a 10% cancellation fee plus interest, totaling $317.So to be clear: I placed an order, the seller failed to deliver, Klarna agreed I was not responsible — and I'm still being charged?This is absurd, and I’ll be first in line to join the inevitable class action.
