Within 24 hours after payment, my account was suspended for "suspicious activity". Support did not elaborate on this decision and inquired me to identify myself with data a support employee should not have access to. When asking for a refund, they told me to request a refund through PayPal, where they proceeded to ghost me. In fact, their email address on PayPal is set to noreply, so I doubt they ever got my request, but who knows. Reported it to PayPal and got my refund denied. Genuinely the worst customer experience I ever had in my entire life. Stay away from this service and do not forget to cancel their access to your payment information, as they will continue charging you money for content you do not have access to.
