This review is specifically for the shop feature of TikTok, which I have been loving, by the way. Recently, I have found myself frequently shopping on this app, and I must say, girl, that I am more than impressed and happy with my orders. Not only do they ship the products really fast (given the fact that I am situated in the province), but the shipping fee is so much cheaper compared to the online shopping platform I have previously used. Not to mention the vouchers they offer here and there. This will definitely be my go-to shopping app from now on.

Terrible. Item was not delivered by FedEx, queried immediately after notification received saying delivered. Spoke with FedEx, they advised delivered but no signature or picture- I confirmed no delivery and door bell camera was not activated for 5hrs either side of supposed delivery. They wouldn’t speak to me. Contacted FarFetch they said they would investigate. Standard response, FedEx said delivered. Asked for proof several times, eventually “signature” sent - a line on a screen. Advised not mine, still no delivery, can I see picture. Never acknowledged this request just standard (and at one point, copy & paste previous email) response. FarFetch customer service are shocking, they have failed to deliver my item to me and deal with issue. I have had to dispute via card company. I cannot recommend Farfetch, the whole experience has been terrible.

I have been selling on Mercari for years and never had a problem until march. A buyer with a fake account bought an item then reached out to Mercari stating he never received it. I got proof of delivery including time of delivery yet Mercari refunded the buyer. They also refused to delete my account until I filed a complaint. Mercari has a 1.3 negative star rating for a reason. Go elsewhere. I learned the hard way that seller shipping protection doesn’t exist nor does proof of delivery. If you want to work with a company that will not honor their word ,then join. I have emails from support claiming I am protected for shipping yet they turn around and claim otherwise. I showed all emails to the BBB yet Mercari claims ignorance. If you want to lose money and not be supported- only buyers are- then join Mercari.

Stay away! Bought a 360 pro max can’t use edit software unless you subscribe! Then only on your phone! Then got notification saying no available on laptop? £99 subscription even though was half way through my subscription (6 months) still charged me £99 download software to then be told apple mac only! No refund given! Stay away no customer support! Tried calling and yes you guessed English speaking none existent. Cancelled subscription! Cancelled bank card! Yet still took £99 off new card as they put continuous payments? Had to call bank to block them! Promise damage replacement no questions asked as part of subscription! Then ask 100 questions just to say sorry we can’t replace item! Pure con artists! BE WARNED!!!!!

I booked an hotel with Expedia. When I got to the hotel, they charged me an extra amount for my dog ($40). I decided not to stay because it was getting very expensive. The front desk agent told me she returned the funds to Expedia, they were the ones who were going to refund me. When I got home, I called Expedia to find out when I was going to get my refund. I exchanged a few emails with Expedia, they finally told me that the hotel refused to refund me. I am sure the hotel returned the funds to Expedia. So for me, Expedia are holding the funds. I won’t ever book with them again. I used to book my trips and cruises with them. Never again.

Worst experience I ever had in my life. Everything everyone is saying is hundred percent correct. Worse customer service no one knows what is going on. They been holding 10k from us for two weeks. Can’t figure out what to do to give us our money that belongs to us. Wants us to send all this information we did and they still haven’t gave us our money. They tell us something different everyday. Absolutely avoid their service have no clue how they stay in business.

Autodesk's softwares have more bugs than you can even imagine. Try to select something ? crash. Try to run a simulation ? crash. Try to breath ? Crash.The support is poor and most of the time are as lost as you are. They didn't even have the latest version of the soft on their computers the last time I tried troubleshooting with them. They had a 2 years old version.I could rant for hours, at this point I just despise Autodesk not even trying to provide good products just because they have a monopole. They'll pay sooner or later.
