Review of nokia
Nokia broke my phone with a bad software update and won't offer a free repair. It's a 5.3 running Android 12. There's a known issue where if you complete a standard reset it will 'brick' the phone and it can't be repaired.Nokia acknowledge the issue and refuse to repair the phone as it's out of warranty. However this isn't a warranty issue, this is about an action they took which damaged my phone. They offered to repair it but not for free. Search online for Nokia 5.3 bricked Android 12 and you'll see this is a widespread issue. Here's their admission.---HMD are aware of an issue affecting a limited number of Nokia 5.3 devices after a factory reset on Android 12.Our development team are aware of this issue and an update to resolve it will be delivered as soon as possible. In the meantime, users are advised not to perform a factory reset. This issue is only affecting devices running on Android 12.Lucia @ Nokia Customer Support
Review of nest
Nest doorbell sound for recording and live stopped working after 4 years. Google say it is a hardware issue that cannot be fixed. When asked for explanation "we may not compete well with other brands for their longevity and we are continuing to improve on that fact" No compensation offered. Communication was awful. Avoid this company and product.

Review of BBC
The BBC used to play an important role in holding government and other elected representatives to account. They no longer do this. Opposing opinions and even opposing facts are not reported. All that remains is a channel for the government narrative i.e. a propaganda channel.

Review of musescore
I just signed up to the 7 day free trial to see what it was like and they charged me about £180 for a years subscription straight away. I can’t get out of it. I have tried to contact the musescore support a few times and they just say that I ‘subscribed’ through iTunes so I have to contact Apple Support.

Review of kroger
I placed a 68$ curbside order. They could only fill 24$ of the order. I was told they would text me a receipt which they didn't. I call them and was put on hold for over 45 min. They told me I would get a refund in 3 days which I didn't. On top of that they billed me the 24$ of the partial order on top of the 68$ they had already billed me. Still trying to get my 68$ back from kroger

Review of cengage
I have been forced to use their software, and it is a nightmare. If I didn’t care about my degree I would've dumped the class, but I only needed one more class to finish it. Cengage ran alright on the new PCs my college had, but the coronavirus happened. I had to run Cengage at home it’s barely useable on the laptop I have. I thought it was my laptop, to I reached out to my college and they loaned me a brand new laptop. Cengage still runs incredibly slow. I stare at a loading screen for minutes between switching tasks. The textbook based assignments are awful as well. Even if you know how to complete the tasks, you cannot do them a different way without being marked wrong. Failing to read fine print on 50 or more pages results in extremely low percentages on assignments. They do grant retakes, but it gets extremely time consuming. Learning is not supposed to be this frustrating. I would never use this software twice.

Title: Beware: Binance's Trust DeficitRating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Review:I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Binance. What started as a promising platform for cryptocurrency trading has quickly devolved into a nightmare of lost funds and abysmal customer service. This morning, I reached out to Binance's customer service regarding a glaring discrepancy in my account. Despite depositing approximately $950 into my Ethereum account and only withdrawing around $350, there's a glaring gap of $600 or $550, considering fees. Basic arithmetic, right? Not according to Binance's customer service team, who seemed intent on gaslighting me into doubting my own sanity.Their feeble attempts at explanation, pointing fingers at Bitcoin transactions and other vague excuses, only compounded my frustration. The ledger doesn't lie, and there's simply no accounting for the missing funds. It's not just about the money; it's about the lack of transparency and accountability from a platform I once trusted with my investments. To add insult to injury, my account balance now reads a measly $28, a laughable sum considering the significant investment I've made. It feels like nothing short of robbery. In light of this egregious mishandling of funds and appalling customer service, I've withdrawn over $10,000 from Binance and vowed never to return. In conclusion, steer clear of Binance unless you want to risk losing your hard-earned money to a company that seems more interested in making excuses than resolving issues. Trust is the bedrock of any financial institution, and unfortunately, Binance has shattered that trust beyond repair.
