I agree with most of these people! So many fake unvetted scammers! And here's the clue how to find out first of all do a reverse image search and you'll find out that they're ripping off pictures off the internet which is pretty easy to find! Then ask them for a video chat because there's no way to fake that and that's when they disappear I called out 70 fake accounts before I give up on Facebook dating! It's a total bullsh😡t psych job

Terrible service, Terrible support, and offensive customer service. I ordered a piece of luggage and paid extra for it to be delivered the next day (last-minute trip). The tracking indicated it had been delivered in the evening. Excitedly I went to retrieve my package to find there was nothing there. I went and checked all of my neighbours, but was disappointed to see that it hadn't been delivered to them by mistake. I thought I would contact customer service but the automated responses told me the delivery driver must have just completed the delivery from their end early, and to just wait for my package. In the event it didn't show up, wait several days before they would consider anything further on the case. With baited breath, I waited - nothing arrived. Amazon did at least refund my order once I was able to further raise a dispute several days later. However, this was shortly followed up by an email indicating that it had most definitely been delivered, and the only possible conclusion to be drawn was that I was in fact lying, claimed a refund, and essentially stole the luggage. I am now on an official Amazon warning that should a similar situation arise again in the future that my account will be banned and I will no longer be able to purchase from them. I decided to respond. I asked for a specific time the delivery was supposed to have been made. I offered my ring doorbell footage for this time period to show that the delivery had in fact not been made to my address. I also offered to share the ring doorbell footage of myself and my flatmate going out to search the neighbours front porches, and coming back disappointed and luggage-less. I also offered to show them the receipt for the same piece of luggage that I had to go out and buy the following day as the trip was still happening and I'm fairly certain the airline like items to be packed in some sort of case while onboard. I have also requested similar evidence from them - where is the obligatory photo of a package by my front door? Does such a photo actually exist? I would certainly love to see it - at least then I may be able to identify which door it was delivered to on my street if it was in fact delivered (not the first time a delivery has gone to a neighbour by mistake).I find it incredibly offensive to be branded a liar and thief. I rely on delivery services such as this due to chronic illness that severely impacts my ability to go out and do my shopping myself - and believe me, this would be my preferred option. Instead, once again as much as I hate having to justify why I can't simply go out and get it myself by disclosing my personal circumstances I offer this information to explain why delivery services are important. Had Amazon come back and stated that the delivery had gone to the wrong address or there was some issue or something and just been honest, I would not have had an issue. Had they simply not sent the offensive email after my refund, I would not have had an issue. I was happy to receive my refund and thought the matter to be closed. My goal for this review is that I hope that somebody reads my experience, and looks for solutions other than just to blame the customer.

After my initial upgrade on Friday, my invoice to email wasn't working, so I contacted support, spoke to Lucy Reynolds and she sorted it very quickly for me. That was great. after the weekend, so Tuesday, i tried sending an invoice to email and it wasn't printing my footer of the email. Spoke to two different people who could not sort it properly and one gave me a long winded way of achieving what I was after. But thought, I can't keep doing this, so I contacted Lucy Reynolds again and Hey Presto - I'm up and running. Great Stuff. Thank You Lucy Reynolds, you were a Great Help.

Great experience as a first-time user.I booked last minute with a "Star Sitter" and my pup had a wonderful overnight stay with her. The app is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. You pay the rate given by the sitter + a platform service fee, and you have an option to leave a tip after the booking is over. I'd recommend this to anyone with a fur baby who doesn't want to board them in a kennel.

Reuters proved to be just as greedy as the worst of news sources, and is changing to a subscription format, lessening trust and increasing frustration among all.Subscription services makes sense for things like movies, but not for websites where you just want to know what's happening in the world. They have plenty of revenue sources but clearly want more just for the sake of more.How can they be trusted when monetizing their service; now they will have to cater in some way to making their subscribers happy; what other compromises will inevitably happen after? And even IF they maintain their integrity; news without forcing opinions, they still have this compromise on their record now.Time to look elsewhere for the news. At least until AP and others cave in to greed as well, then we will all get our news from TikTok, or word of mouth.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I blame Facebook for the downfall of everyone’s much loved platform, MySpace. I was forced to go to Facebook so that I could interact with family and friends but from the beginning I was faced with over opinionated old jerks that have nothing better to do than start boomer drama. Just like our government. Mark Zuckerberg stole everyone information and then censored us during covid and now to save face, wants to pretend like he was never part of these decisions and wants to uncensor everyone and to target LGBTQ with hate. I hope Facebook tanks. It’s just a platform fueled by evil, meant to destroy the people for the purpose of lining the pockets of red headed soulless gingers like Zuckerberg. We still choose TikTok! Get bent!

Their salesforce integration isn't working, which is an issue they're development team is "aware of" however there is no mention of this anywhere. I am a paying client and was unable to get any real help addressing my integration issues, or any timing for the fix. I only received a "check back in a few weeks". Which in my experience is terrible customer service and and management. I was considering using their landing page and a/b systems for my department but now have no trust in their product.

No big deal…then find out later I have 3 month trial because I have Ally bank…super excited, decide I’m going all in on using this app. The process to figure out how to claim 3 month trial was aggregating, and then when I finally use the code they give me they say I’m ineligible because I had previous “trial”. I reached out to Google in October for help. They helped me set up an ad, that I thought I ended in January (It clearly says paused on my end). Turns out they set it up another ad under another client's account and I couldn't see it so I'm now out nearly $700 to reimburse the client. I have no idea how it got attached to the other client. I've reached out and have gotten zero help via email and was hung up on on the phone.

Terrible customer service when I contacted them about not being able to log in through my Google account. I don't have the app they suggested that I delete the app and download it again,once again, I don't use Pinterest app. Then they wanted me to email them a video of what was going on by recording my phone with with another video recording source. The actual product itself is great…The issue arises if you have any issues that need attention it is impossible to have an actual conversation with anyone. I’ve been sending emails about an issue I need assistance with for over a month. I describe it in detail and send screenshots. Eventually I receive an email apologizing for the delay and asking me if the problem still exists. To which I reply it does and repeat the info and send more screenshots and then someone else responds with the same apologies and does this problem still exist and this cycle continues and nothing gets resolved.

The car hire search clearly stated that late return fees were included on all the car rentals (I am returning at 22:00) but, having booked, non-refundable as for next day, I receive an email from QEEQ telling me I’m going to have to pay £20 for late return! In addition, all the QEEQ links require logging into their website…which fails every time I have tried (I’m a programmer so am confident it’s their site, not me, at fault). This may of course be a problem with QEEQ providing incorrect info to KAYAK but KAYAK is the name of the broker that I trusted, and who will be getting payment for my booking, so I hold them responsible for the quality of the information they provide.

I've been a loyal Teachable customer for several years and have hosted multiple courses with them. However, for the past month, I've been locked out of my account and unable to reach any support despite several attempts. As a result, none of our 1,000 students can access their courses, which has severely impacted our brand and reputation. Even more frustrating, Teachable continues to charge us the monthly fee of $160, despite this ongoing issue. Their lack of reliable support and system functionality has led to a significant loss in revenue, totaling at least a few hundred thousand dollars.
