Minus one hundred The new OneKeyCash rewards program is terrible. How to ruin a good well established company in a matter of weeksThe old rewards system of hotel.com rewards is what made hotels.com worth using over anyone else. We want the old system back. I never asked for the new system, I did not request to be transferred to this onekey system. Apparently expedia has taken over hotels.com and these are the results. I book hundreds of hotels on the hotels.com website but the new rewards programme they have inflicted on the UK (and USA) is the pits I believe they have stopped the roll out elsewhere...lets all not use them until the old system is put back in place at the moment there is no point in using them. How a company can go down hill and shoot themselves with a very good customer base is unheard off BUYER BEWARE.

In buying tickets for a movie, I was redirected to a whole different city at check out. I didn't catch that until I was reviewing my confirmation. I repurchased my tickets and thought a refund would be no problem, BUT I was wring. Apparently there are "policies" if you are not Fandango VIP customer. I couldn't get my original purchase refunded. Why would ANYONE want to be a VIP to some Sicky service? I will dispute these charges with my bank which WILL be reversed and will NEVER buy tickets through Fandango. Please, future guests/customers, avoid this service and save yourself time and frustration.

A vengeful ex sells my soul and life to tabloids for cash some years back. Never even spoke to any newspapers NO consent was given. Took my old photos from my old facebook account to build a picture of our charming love story. None of her wrongdoings were mentioned only mine. Racist journalists had written two page article all about me some things I read I'm like that's news to me. Called them when details were published won't speak to me won't speak to my sister. They put the phone down on us Black men get the full degree of white woman scorned if a white man did the dirt it would be a small article. Anyway moved on more successful and in new relationship. The news travels with me for life will never go away. Horrible human traits of people love to judge, troll and victimize you. Been trolled online, bullied at work and previous work. My life is ruined. Propaganda type of writers to get a public opinion of you. Its so demoralizing and unjust.

Their Anti-Virus product has been a nightmare to use.They took 2 payments for one subscription and took me over a week to get the money back.They have no real customer service, and no way of contacting them directly. Instead you are directed to a 'Help Page' which teaches you how to fix their problems for them. If your problem is not on the page then you are left in limbo.Finally managed to get rid of them, only to find it's almost impossible to delete their Anti-Virus software on a MacBook. No matter how I try to delete it from the Library it keeps popping up again.Best avoided, for if you encounter a problem with their product they won't help you.Update. Bitdefender have now 'asked' for more details. These were provided to them 2 weeks ago on a complaint ticket. They haven't addressed any of the points I've made in this review. Most especially the absence of customer service contact information on their website. Which is in fact illegal.

Consistently an awful service. Avoid!! We will not use again if at all possible. My son bought me a nice full-size bottle of prosecco as a treat - and a v small version was delivered. He raised this with them and they only refunded about £1!

Yesterday, Sunday, May 25, my ex husband (76 y/o) and me (74 y/o) went to Macy's to use a $50.00 Macy's Card given to him by his health organization.In general, Macy's employees were nice.Safiya, a Pakistan employee, serving MEN LEVIS DEPARTMENT went beyond expectations to our requests, her companion at the Cashier desk, YAMILA, was also nice and resourceful to us.

UPDATE: I got my refund shortly after I wrote in about this...BUT, that does NOT mean they should get away with HIDING and NOT PROVIDING information on their website about the way they charge people nor how to cancel a subscription. Apparently there is the ability to cancel your subscription if you know how to search for it. There is NO documentation at all in the support documents on billing and once you give them access to your card there is no way to change or manage it. Their idea of 1 link in the footer to an FAQ is no excuse for a seriously poor implementation of charging your credit card with no clear understanding of how to cancel or remove or change your details. Again, when searching support documentation you get nothing in these regards.----This company will take your credit card and then give you absolutely NO way to remove it from their accounting system. Then they will continue to bill you with absolutely no information on how to cancel your subscription.

i ordered a necklace and it was folded in a piece of plastic bag and sent i think it is absolutely unacceptable to send jewellery in this way At least it could have been in bubble wrap inside the flimsy bag Subsequently the chain on the necklace was all tangled Won't order anything again

On hold to speak to a “live” customer service agent for 35 min. Finally took the offer to connect with a “live” agent via text. Got customer service robot, and was informed that NO LIVE AGENT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. Awful waste of time!

I have used face book for many years - I dont allow public feeds but some do get through but I dont answer them, I have a list of contacts my friends and a short list of groups, there is no reason for me to be blocked but I am, or at least thats one of the messages I get the other is (we can not log you in at this time) or (there is an error please try gain) This has been going on ever since i bought my Chromebook 6 weeks ago.

Google have removed a review on Honda Classics Restoration Services Daventry,, totally untrustworthy company who are going out of business/business being sold, given a shocking service and take no responsibility for their failings, Warning to any buyer thinking of taking over this company, The owner is now refusing to honour refund or compensation for the work been done and found to be seriously substandard.Following a thorough inspection, it's costing a great deal of trouble and expense to redo /rectify the work done by this company.Photos of the state of the work is available and a full report is being submitted to the small claims court.All the remedial work is being documented on the repairers Instagram.
