Don't Use Eventbrite

When you look for an event and then decide you want to get tickets and you go back, you may think you have the same event, but you may this time be shown a similar event but on a different date. If you discover that after you have bought the tickets, it is impossible to get a refund even after you go back and buy the tickets for the correct event on the correct date. The "organizers" are not identified and you have to long in and write to the organizer in a little box which cannot easily be copied for your records. Then you have to wait for them to get back to you, supposedly 3 business days, which is too long, and then they might never get back to you which is what happened to me. I disputed the charge and the dishonest organizer claimed I had used the tickets which I did not. I recommend to stay away from Eventbrite.

Good material, good tutors, good handling of attention span.

From the clarity of the narrative to the friendly tone, from the material itself to side goals like good coding practices, the courses seem to be structured to capture attention and release it just at the right time, in proper intervals. I would like to see more and more up-to-date courses on more specialized topics at more advanced levels from this platform.

I did not receive my package during…

I did not receive my package during this holiday season (2024) I spoke with a customer service rep. Her name was Lyn. Super nice and helpful. Helped me replace 3 out of 4 items and process a refund for an out of stock item in under 10 minutes. Package has been stuck in the same status since 12/5. Was supposed to arrive on the 10th but got pushed back to the 14th. I wanted to give it some additional time but it’s the 23rd with no movement in the status. Grateful for Lyn’s help in this process

very poor service definitely the worst in the industry.refunds are very poor just don't ask for refundcode of conduct system very poor will suspend and account without any proof whatsoever even to the point the account wasn't online multiple weeks still gets suspended. If you want any information on how they come to their conclusion just forget about it. I have played playstation since ps1. This is some of the poorest service I've ever seen. I will personally not buy anymore playstaion products. Maybe Microsoft or steam console will be more aptitude to provide information.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Samsung's service center and their third-party service provider, Elite. It was frustrating to see that Samsung had no control over its third-party service arrangements, and it felt like their service was centered around their own convenience rather than focusing on the needs of their clients.When my freezer suddenly stopped working on Saturday, I immediately contacted Samsung Support. They created a job for Elite, a third-party service provider. Unfortunately, my dismay grew when I called on Monday to check the repair status. I was informed that they could only send someone on Thursday, meaning I had to wait for four days. Even worse, Elite only operates in our area on Thursdays, which I found astonishing.What further concerned me was the response I received about the possibility of fixing the issue. I was told that Elite successfully resolves only 7 out of 10 jobs, leaving me apprehensive about the outcome. Nevertheless, I had no choice but to accept the Thursday appointment. The engineers who arrived identified a significant problem with the compressor, but they didn't have the necessary part to complete the repair. It's baffling that they didn't carry the correct parts for the model, especially when they knew the exact issue. I can't help but wonder if this support system is set up to fail.I was then informed that the earliest reschedule for the repair would be on August 24th, not due to parts availability, but because Thursday was the next available appointment day. It's disheartening to think that it will take two weeks to get such an essential part for my everyday living needs.These issues have raised some concerns for me. Firstly, why doesn't Samsung have any Service Level Agreements in place? The absence of defined timelines for repairs leaves customers feeling helpless and at the mercy of third party service providers. Secondly, I question the lack of prioritization in addressing customers' needs. Shouldn't customers who reported their issues earlier be given higher priority over those who booked later? Lastly, wouldn't it be more suitable to have more frequent repair cycles than just once a week? This would ensure that urgent repairs are addressed promptly, avoiding unnecessary delays and inconvenience.As someone who has always held Samsung in high regard, this recent experience has left me feeling completely helpless and let down. It's disappointing when an organization allows the tail to wag the dog.

Linux which is better than not

RedHat used to be a pioneer within the Linux enterprise world but has since 2018 started to lose itself. You cannot even access certain forum posts with fixes or even tutorials without an subscription.Ever since IBM acquired RedHat one cannot fail to notice how the new owner despise "FOSS". The ever increasing small steps to remove free features and add ever scaling monetization to... everything. Funnily enough Redhat is still based and dependent on the OpenSource idea of Linux.

Ordered a laptop last week. My 3rd purchase from HP, previously a laptop and a MFP printer.Have tried multiple customer service phone numbers. The prompts don't get me to sales no matter what I say and the representatives it sends me to refuse to transfer. Chat also refused to provide a phone number. Insisted that they escalate the matter. Finally a phone number. The representative took care of it. Shouldn't be this way

Review of jotform

Simple and fast, but

Jotform is highly customizable and the reporting and data collection pieces are fairly robust (when formatted correctly). Simple and easy to add photos of products and set basic conditional logic between product selection and available inventory. Customer service has always been fairly quick to respond. Downside for my company is the gap between tiers and the expense for the allowed submissions, 200 would be percent but there's only 100 or 1000 for medium use options. May not be too useful for a small business with additional expense to the silver plan. 100 just isn't enough.

We first met at a trade show in the US, but the supplier suggested we complete the transaction through Alibaba for better convenience and security. It turned out to be a great decision!
