I did not receive my package during this holiday season (2024) I spoke with a customer service rep. Her name was Lyn. Super nice and helpful. Helped me replace 3 out of 4 items and process a refund for an out of stock item in under 10 minutes. Package has been stuck in the same status since 12/5. Was supposed to arrive on the 10th but got pushed back to the 14th. I wanted to give it some additional time but it’s the 23rd with no movement in the status. Grateful for Lyn’s help in this process
