JOB WELL DONE !!!!!!!!!!!

Never received any of the items due to an inability to deliver them to my door. The courier (yodel) returned my items for me without me even seeing them and without my permission or knowledge. Wont be ordering online again. I contacted Pandora who were less than helpful. I also contacted yodel who were even less helpful. It was for a Christmas present now im out of pocket 2 weeks before Christmas and I apparently have to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Should be a zero star but it's not on here to select. I have posted it on Pandoras review to be told it cannot be put up for some reason probably because its a bad review, is that good customer service or what. I'd be surprised if this store lasts much longer. Wont be buying from here again. Absolutely RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!

MailerLite responds fast, friendly and precisely.

I act on behalf of a voluntary group of Trustees who were having problems with a provider sending messages to members and decided to try MailerLite. There was a problem with verification and MailerLite responded quickly to explain the problem and how to resolve it. The support team followed up and we are now enjoying their simple, no nonsense great service.

Good product, long delivery

The product is very good but 7 days delivery is unacceptable. I am gold client and in the description there is term saying that my orders go thru priority care but with this 7 days delivery i don't think it's true.

25% price increase

Well, I get business is bad in comparison to previous years and prices need to increase but honestly, a 25% plan increase in April, really!So seeing as you are not getting as many signing up now, your business plan is to rape whatever costs from your loyal existing customers, nice work.I was only using the $299 USD per month plan so my shipping was easy to use but seeing as you have made them charge for it (no doubt this is another money making plan for APPs now) as well as increase your prices, I will revert back to that and you end up getting over $300USD less from me a month as I am not paying $399. Yes I can get it for what I am currently paying but why should I be forced to pay you for the yearly amount. Sod you, you get less from me instead and hopefully a lot more. I do hope other businesses do the same.You may have not increased your prices for 12 years but they were overpriced in comparison to other web builders and you forgot to mention you increased everything else last year, so you have not touched this fee in 12 years but everything else went up less than 12 months ago.Going by the number of bad 1 star reviews on this site, I am not surprised. Ripping off your existing customers is just too far.If you are thinking of using a web builder, Shopify are good, their prices are way more expensive than competitors so shop around. Also, the additional fees they get you on too. If we have to refund a customer, they still keep the transaction fee, good hey! There are a lot of them so read everything before committing to these thieves

awful customer support. removed my listed item as they claimed it was not authentic even though I provided the serial number, close ups of stitching and the logo ect. I appealed it and they did not even review my appeal and just denied it. appalling.

Tried closing my account, they make it difficult to do so, Even contacted customer service who would not close it.(Wouldn't say why they couldn't!?} Said their 'team' would contact me to do it. (Been over a week now, still no contact from the 'team'POOR customer care and service Will never use them again.

Orders not delivered, refund not issued

Twice now they've kept my money on non-delivered and cancelled orders (non-delivery confirmed by tracking details "lost/delayed"). Eventually I called and got $ back, but they clearly hope you'll just not check your bank account and realize they've stolen from you. Details of how they attempt the fraud: replacements for missing items are sent and also not delivered. When they cancel the replacement order, the "refund" is $0 (the cost of replacement order). The original order is NOT refunded. Then it takes me a half hour to explain to customer service that they need to refund the original order as well, not just the $0 replacement order.

Review of uniqlo

Far from a 1 star company

I posted a return from 3 orders at the same time, and the refund was late. I sent an email and then replied to the quick response asking for the pertinent details. In two days the case was resolved and a manual refund was issued.I haven't had any other problems with Uniqlo, and I've ordered from them many times in a short space of time since the release of the FW20 +J collection in November.I've seen from the reviews left here, some are too impatient, some too demanding, or just plainly ignoring the policies. Of course there are many who haven't had refunds for months, and Uniqlo should work on their communication and process, but their Trustpilot reviews are, in my opinion, inordinately negative in comparison to the actual servicep.s. I believe people abusing the returns policy are the reason they will no longer be free from March, so thank you that, btw.

Its not for normal people

Member since years but i dont use it since a while now. The new design is awful and i only get spammed by bots. I barely enjoy discovering new artists cus its full of disgusting fetish "art".Events are just annoying alerts because they are mostly ads or celebrating minorities that im not involved with so they dont speak to me and majority of the ppl. Core membership does give " perks" that should be basic for everyone. Basicly you get an unfinished profile site if you dont pay. And its worse with the new design. Its time to leave

I just saw on TV that a guy was kicked off of a Delta flight because he was wearing a Trump shirt. Wendy the flight attendant didn’t like his shirt. I thought being an American we have free speech. It’s not up to Wendy who anyone supports. This is WRONG and I will not ever fly on delta again

Amazon India have no author central. The staff respond to messages and direct you to edit their site by contacting Amazon US, who are absolutely useless at making updates, as such no updates are made on any linked site. There appears to be no way of updating the listings. Their information is not a reflection of the other Amazon sites. If your listing is incorrect, it is highly unlikely that you'll be able to correct it, therefore it is highly unlikely that you'll sell anything on there. I rate them above one star purely for responding to messages and being polite when doing so. I am unable to comment on the remainder of their services or in any other respect.
