Waiting in a que for the last 30mins and my call is yet to be answered. Autopay payment have already been deducted from my account and received an email a day later saying that autopay payment was unsuccessful and if I don't pay by a certain date my mobile phone will be disconnected. Now putting all the scams that going in mind I decided to talk in person with one of the telstra staff member but I dont think that will happen today (at work and wasted my entire break time). Why so many ppl are so lazy at work, this could have been a quick call but of course with effort of genuine and caring workers. Once my contract is finished with them, Im definitely going to find another company.At the end after waiting for 30mins that guy answered my call could not help me with anything (slow clap)....
