In total I’ve returned five items that were not satisfactory to Amazon all with barcodes Amazon sent for Royal Mail and it’s been 14 days and more since they received them,still no refund,I’ve sent identity checks in they asked for and multiple incident reports they asked for for each item and they still haven’t refunded they said it can take up to 60 days as they have a backlog and the customer service chat is horrible

Ran payroll as normal for November. All fine. Been doing it for years - no problems. However, it seems like immediately after payroll ran the tools updated to a new version. Then, the SMP EPS did not generate. Therefore, this month for the first time ever there was no data for the SMP sent to HMRC and I am unable to get a refund of the Statutory Maternity Pay.I feel I've explained this to QBs very clearly. But now playing email Ping Pong with these guys now asking me if I've phoned HMRC. Do you understand how hard it is to talk to HMRC? It clearly isn't even an HMRC issue. The issue is your tools did not generate the EMP as normal.QBs are simply not understanding the issue.

I know I really should check T&C carefully and I understand the idea...but kickstarter will in no way help you if the project doesn't deliver - although they will respond to your credit card company and refuse refunds. Just a scam to make money - there's nothing to stop unscrupulous business raising thousands and not supplying a product.

Customers are only there to pay. I had 2 orders in the last couple of months that were handled with very little care for me, the enduser. One package they "lost", this was ordered with promise to deliver the next day, only after a week did I get an investigation and then another couple of days to find out that my delivery will not come at all. My next order was a rather big item, it arrived damaged, not a lot but enough to make it unusable. The service center could not give me a straight answer for a week (at least 5 conversations) about whether they will pick it up (25kg parcel) or I need to some how take it to a delivery point. In the end I will have to take it to a parcel shop, not that fun when you don't have a car, but hey, this is what I get for paying for BOL Select.In short, avoid bol as much as possible.

I would give zero if there was. TFL telephone customer service is absolutely rubbish. I called them yesterday for getting a refund which had occurred due to train cancellation two weeks ago but I couldn't succeed after being on the phone with them for over an hour and half. Just called them again today to follow up but the lady on the phone who was seemingly answering from her home was so reluctant to even talk as she was purposely keeping her voice low or going silent repeatedly on and off just to prentend there is issue with the line and to make me put off with no outcome. She finally hang up the phone on me after I complained why her other colleague gave me wrong info yesterday by wasting my time unreasonably...It's so upsetting to be treated like this. They definitely need basic trainings of how to communicate with customers first and learning basic knowledge about their job. They are probably assigned in the jobs with no essential training whatsoever and here it's the outcome. Bring your customer service staff back to office as they don't work properly from their homes without being supervised properly, they just waste time and damage your company's reputation as a result. They are totally useless for a simple task. So frustrating!

Most horrible customer service ever. I have been an HP customer for over 10 years and I currently purchase HP ink for my printer/scanner. I had to update my Wifi password and now the scanner won't connect. I know it's a simple fix but HP WON'T HELP a valued customer because my printer/scanner is past their window of customer service?? It was working just fine and I've changed my wifi password before and they walked me through it no problem. Now they won't help AT ALL to get my scanner reconnected...instead they told me they'll give me 15% off on a new product. It's not broken!! It just needs a basic troubleshoot. I've tried to call HP for the last 2 months and today was the first day I actually got a human. Their automated system won't let you past and won't read the serial number correctly so you can never get through. So incredibly FRUSTRATING and extremely terrible customer service. You'd think they would want to take care of such a long time customer so they will be a returning customer but they obviously do not care. This has put me way behind in my work. I will work on becoming a NON HP customer in the future.

Hi, guys I'm Akash Lohani, I had purchased a new laptop of asus but the company is Chinese and we all know that all Chinese product are like Chinese only after purchasing the laptop then in 1st week the battery problem has arisen and after 2 or 3 weeks a hardware problem has arisen then give the laptop back to the company. So, it's humble request to all those who are planning to purchase a asus company laptop, plz don't purchase it because in that your money would go into drain.I have experience it and after that I have told you. It's my personal opinion that not to purchase asus company laptop from anywhere.
