They have a range of people on the site from very experienced to new, with rates that are very reasonable. The process from creating your job request through hiring is easy, and the contact/communicate function is simple.

Ordered a table and it was not the size the description said it was. Offered me a 20% discount. The table was no use to me so is the discount. Was told they would send me a new table. When I looked at the replacement it was the same table so I canceled the replacement. I returned the table and am waiting for my refund. I've waited days after they received my return and still not refund. I have spent over 2 hours with the "chat" agent and no resolution. I've waited for a response from the agent and they were still no help. I will NEVER order a thing from Wayfair again. Cheap merchandise and terrible customer service.

What made my experience great was simply the effort and the devotion that was administered to me by the Representative Ms Niya Morris. She was absolutely remarkable and would not do anything other than advise alternatives to facilitate a method to be a satisfied customer. She deserves a raise, God bless her.

Ende Juni 2016 bestellte ich dort Kunsthaare. Leider passte die Farbe nicht genau, so sendete ich den Artikel in der originalen ungeöffneten Klarsichtverpackung und original Karton zurück, mit dem Vermerk auf dem Lieferschein mir den Betrag von 21,- Euro rück zu erstatten. Weder über Paypal konnte eine Kommunikation hergestellt werden, noch direkt per Email. Leider hatte ich die Ware nur als Päckchen zurück gesendet, so griff bei Paypal der Kundenschutz nicht. Jetzt ist es Anfang September und es wurde nicht auf eine einzige Anfrage geantwortet, noch mein Geld erstattet. Ich bleibe anscheinend auf dem Warenwert + 2 mal Versandkosten sitzen. Ich finde dieses Verhalten ganz mies. Keine Shop-Empfehlung von mir.

I subscribed thinking it was going to be monthly fee, and they charged me 12 months.After two minutes I told them my problem and asked them to get a refund and….till this day…already two weeks and signs of keeping the same.Trully this is the first time it happened somenthing similar to me. In factbcould probably be illegal in Europe as you have 14 days after your payment to ger back your money.This kind of companys should be legally closed.

I've been using IGN for a while and whilst some reviewers are better than others it has often be the case that their reviews can be trusted.
What I haven't been fond of in recent times is the amount of obtuse advertising, banners and pop-ups that have actually made it impossible to use the site. A recent example included Alien Isolation (a game they waxed lyrical about until everyone's pre-orders had been delivered... In fact games developers can almost solely blame IGN for the death of pre-ordering games) where the banner blocked 3/4 of the page making the site virtually useless. My current issue is the Borderlands Collection advert on IGN's mobile site which blocks the page entirely when opening the homepage rendering the site completely unusable - there isn't even a way to exit the advert or stop it from appearing, it disables the site completely.
So, at least a few weeks away from IGN for me, such a shame as despite the occasional questionable hype or review I've stuck with it for many years.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful experience booked a hotel through them and found out after booking hotel is riddled with mould and bed bugs. Tried to cancel immediately and customer service has been awful. They won’t cancel it or refund us. Company is a bunch of scammers would never use again
