I was browsing as I need maternity clothes, a message popped up offering me a 20% discount code. I added 4 items to my basket but when I entered the code at checkout it said the code belonged to someone else?! I contacted customer service and had the most painful chat ever, I asked repeatedly for a new code but he tried anything to avoid giving it. Whilst waiting for him to give me the code, I tried the original code again and it worked - but only on one item! An ASOS own brand item obviously. So apparently their discount codes now only work on ASOS own brand items, every single other brand is excluded

Customer service is horrible they keep telling me lies and blaming other banks for their horrible banking practices. I would never recommend such a horrible bank as this to sit there and have people lying to customers is disgraceful. I wish i could have given them 0 stars!

Actually the worst game launcher I ever used. Just the second day of using the launcher, half the time the launcher says it's sleeping and is trying to wake up, won't update games, constantly stuck on waiting in certain situations. The worst launcher ever.

weshalb immer nur DDR ? Habt ihr sonst nichts in Mitteldeutschland, als in der Vergangenheit zu träumen ? Im Kern geht es zu 100% immer um eine herrlichgeträumte DDR. Ob nun die "Kult-Autos" "oder DDR-Küche, oder abartige Shows "damals wars" oder "Berichte" wie "Umschau" immer nur die heile DDR Welt. Wenn die so ultra-perfekt war, wie nun dargestellt wird, weshalb wollten dann alle weg ? Ein öffentlich rechtlicher Sender darf keine Volksverhetzung betreiben, sondern muss zumindest neutral berichten. Dieser sektenähnliche DDR Ostalgie-Wahn und unterschwellige Haß gegen die jetzige Bundesrepublik ( zu der auch seit über 30Jahren die ex-DDR nach eigenem (!) Willen gehört ) müßte mal dem Verfassungsschutz und dem Rundfunkrat gemeldet werden.

Don't use hotels.com. They went from being the best booking service to a straight up scam. The already weak reward system is a scam. You will find out that barely any hotels are elegible to be paid with rewards points because, in their words, "most properties are already discounted". Total scam. Fraud class action!

First problem was it took 8 days to receive the phone. Very roundabout ways to sign up, and I was charged for a second subscription which I had to cancel. Third problem was request a call from Google, got the call and no one was on the line(robocall), then got disconnected and no return call. Fourth problem was trying to port number, got an error that said information incorrect, go to correct info and it was auto filled by Google and cannot be corrected (wrong carrier). Fifth problem is just trying to get a return email from support (no customer service number to call). And I've only had the phone 3 hours, not worth the hassle to sign up for cell service.

Great platform, EU-based and very good support as well. Okay, I had one issue once, where I bought 8 DLCs of some game that had 9 DLCs and it turned out that one of the 8 DLC installers actually installed the ninth one that I didn't buy. Created a ticket and they fixed the installer the NEXT DAY (and as a result I now have all 9 DLCs). Thanks for your help Falran of the GOG Support Team!

The software is ok, but the support is a team of crooks who talk nicely (email) but do nothing to help you. The biggest problem is to give them my paypal account and they charged on two assigned credit cards (two identical payments) and now they no longer reply to my emails to refund the second payment that was abusively made by them. They promise that some team needs to analyze something and will definitely reimburse it, but it's already more than a month passed and there are no responses from them.A team of scamers.

My order was never delivered to me and Amazon misinformed me twice about the delivery time. Then they just issued a refund for my order without notifying me. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered. I contacted customer support and they refused to compensate this. I hope you will run out of business.
