I have all in one plan with 2 printer, something went wrong with both of them, they sent me 2 refurbish printer and they also both do not work because the people you can call 24/7 are not trained properly and they have no clue what there doing, before they sent me those new printers, they had to register them in all in one plan and they did not do this, so now I was force to cancel my subscription and pay the cancellation fee + my monthly payment for a total of $ 308.00 and then I will have to try to be paid back by Hp because it was 100 % their fault and in the meantime I have a deadline with my job to finish all my copies I need, but I do not have a copy machine that works and when you call those people across the world they do not have the proper training, so when they have enough, they just hang up on you after you’ve been on the phone with them for 2 hours! And they rarely send you the ink on time, you have to call them to remind them that you are running out! I regr soooo much getting involve with this ink plan! It’s been quit a nightmare!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Booked a trip to Poland for the sole reason of visiting the Auschwitz museum. Booked a tour through GYG months before the trip. Less than 2 weeks before we were due to go they cancelled the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (we later find out it’s a national commemorative day in Poland therefore the museum was never open on this specific day!) I have been waiting for a refund for these tickets, that they say they’ve processed, since the 11th April, and just keep getting responses telling me to get a letter from my bank confirming they haven’t received funds. The most recent was telling me to chase visa directly. They have provided no evidence of them processing the refund to me. Any reviews I put on social media are deleted almost immediately by GYG so I’m sure they will have this post removed to keep up the facade.

I ordered a Dell laptop, Monitor and sleeve. - and was estimated a 1 month lead time. So I cancelled the order immediately online.Lo and behold, everything was still shipped, even after I called them to expressly tell them CANCEL THE ORDER DON'T SHIP ME ANYTHING.I made one order, and they broke it up into 3 orders. I have still be charged on my CC for everything. I've had to reject the monitor on delivery which was never intercepted by them. Then guess what, the laptop, which TAKES THEM WEEKS TO BUILD! WAS NEVER CANCALLED. I literally canclled within 10 minutes on a Saturday, and called on the following business day. THEY STILL BUILT IT, SENT IT, AND CHARGED MY CC.Now this is a huge inconvenience and I have to carry a balance for this crap for who knows how long. I called them multiple times, their calls kept dropping, you have to dig through their website to find proper contact numbers.Another stupid annoying thing, they customer care people sent me emails with updates but they went staight to my junk mail. I never once responded to them, and rather than them following up by giving me a COURTESY PHONE CALL they did nothing.I don't understand how their departments communication system can be so utterly useless. I don't know if they're incompetent to do their job (it sounds like it on the phone). But they need to get their **** together./endrant.
