I ordered underwear from Temu and knitwear and a jumpsuit the items I received were defective. I immediately submitted clear photos and videos as proof, expecting a quick refund. Instead, I have been met with endless delays, excuses, and poor communication from their support team especially from agents named Lucas and Reynante for days.Despite multiple messages and providing all evidence, Temu refuses to process my refund. They keep sending me vague replies like “your request is being processed” or “a senior agent will get back to you,” but no real action has been taken.This is a clear violation of South African consumer law, which protects buyers of defective goods, yet Temu ignores their legal obligations and wastes my time. I am beyond frustrated and warn other customers to think twice before ordering.If you get faulty products, expect a fight to get your money back. Temu does not care about customer rights or satisfaction.

I've got a problem with battery adapter…

I've got a problem with battery adapter few days after my purchase, so it've been in 7 days garantee to change the new one. But after sending the adapter to Repair Service Center in Thailand, Pantip branch in Bangkok. It seems disappear because I almost have no idea about that at all. I tried to call several times, but no response, so I had to go there in person. And staff at the service center just told me that Xiaomi was changine thier system so that part would be to arrive. Today is only 3 weeks after I sent that part to the service center, and it's 2 weeks after last time I went there in person.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a prepaid Mastercard in June 2021. In July 2021, my card was placed on hold for a "suspicious" transaction. I called customer service to only be advised that a request had been submitted to Backoffice to look into the matter. I was then charged a fee for not using my card. After several phone calls, emails and online chats I still hadn't been granted access to use my card, nor have an explanation of which transaction was deemed "suspicious". After 2 and a half years, yes you read that correctly, 2 and a half years, multiple emails and phone calls, I STILL had no resolution to the issue. Each call I made was directed to a customer service call centre based in Manilla, for MasterCard head office based in the United States, and I am a customer in Australia. Finally, after insisting that I will not accept the usual "We have put in a request to Back office blah blah blah" I was able to gain access to my money and transfer it into my bank account. I was charged $32 for not using my card despite me literally not being able to use it because they locked it. I refused to accept liability of this ridiculous charge and then I was offered "compensation" of $32 for the time it had taken to resolve the issue. That is not compensation as far as I'm concerned, that is money that is rightfully mine. The final phone call took 2 hours and 22 minutes and I only achieved a resolution because I insisted on staying on the phone until the issue was resolved. I am disgusted with the way that Mastercard has managed this situation. And I am appalled that customer service claims that I did not enquire about the issue until 18 months after my card was locked. Regardless, what transpired is nothing short of an example of incredibly poor customer service, business management and security protocol. I will never have a Mastercard product ever again.

Yikes!

If there was an option to put negative stats here I would give it a sincere -3. The unit is constantly searching for satellites, which when your driving is not the time for the unit to stop at the last place it acquired satellites then freeze up.? You think you’re going in the right direction until an hour later you find it was a left hand turn in an already passed town. Not exactly what I was looking for in a GPS. On the bright side, the screen is easy to use, but fruitless if you’re now 2 hours in the wrong direction. The updates are awful and not accurate, unless you planned on going to a different state with the same street name as the one you were trying to get to. Additionally, I’ve been on hold for hours trying to rectify issues and the cue is like the old dmv days. Pack an evening bag if you’re following it’s directions because there’s likely a good bed and breakfast hours away from where you were going. Don’t buy Garmen products if you like to keep your stress level and wallet healthy.

Something to Consider before signing up for FreshBooks..

I have been using Freshbooks for years. This past year I had issues with my Freshbooks linking to my Credit Union account. After weeks of trying, Freshbooks still has not resolved the issue. As a result of their efforts, I was locked out of my bank account 6 times and had to call my bank to unlock my account each time. I am switching to Wave, and I realize there may be issues with their bank connection also, but at least Wave's software is free, so I will not be paying to manually import my expenses.

I placed an order in mid August and never received it snd was billed for it .I’ve called customer service and spoke to a representative and they emailed where it shipped from in NC . The customer service said address was incorrect and if wax returned and she would resend to correct address. Meanwhile I’ve never received the order . I’ve emailed customer service several times and they still don’t resolve .

DOOR DASH DON'T REFUND ANY MONIES

Accidently tapped a button for a yearly membership. Called on May 13th to get it removed from my bank account. They made my account negative to get that $96. When I called they said they could only refund $87. Well today no refund, I spoke a another rep and he said I could only get $83. In the same breathe he said I couldn't get any money refunded. He said it showed I had multiple orders. Not!!!! I have not used these crooks since I called about returning a credit to my account. They send you an email about the service, but no record of them promising me the $87. Also, I have deleted the App from my phone. So beware these people are all about not refunding money or giving credits. I will NEVER EVER order food thru them. I told the rep has he ever hit a button by mistake, it did not land on him. But everybody who has used their phones, tablets, or PCs have hit a wrong key. This one has cost me greatly.

SMILE: Poor service.

I honestly stopped going a year ago after completely giving up on everything there. I got somewhat triggered by reading the recent news that stated that chipotle now “requires” their staff to smile at you. If chipotle’s leadership thinks that’s what’ll fix them then they have no idea how to run a successful business. Your staff needs proper training for consistency and how to serve food. Fix this first before telling them to smile. My family, friends, and I will prob never go to a chipotle again. And it sucks. It used to be so good.

I had a terrible experience with Macys…

I had a terrible experience with Macys credit card, I guess this company is doing fraud stuff with innocent customers. I have an add on credit card of Macys through my husband's account for last 10+ years and I do most of my shopping through that card, after pandemic situation hit, I didn't shop from macys for a while and in April of 2021, I went to shop in Macys willowbrook, NJ location, upon using my existing card which got decline, the customer care person said that since I didn't shop in Macys for a while my card got closed, which was a big surprise as I didn't shop for just over a year. Anyways, I went with the customer care suggestion and opened a new credit card and got some 20% discount as a new card holder, the lady told me to hold on to the slip till the physical card come home. However after months of waiting I never received any card or details. I started to get phone calls from Macys asking me to pay my card and literally I had no information of the card and they kept charging me late fees and interest while I was waiting all the time to get my card. When I realized that Macys never sent my card home and I had no way to double check my account, I started to get calls after calls asking me to pay. I kept requesting to send my card home and I will verify and pay, instead they cancelled my card and kept increasing interest of late fee. They did not consider any fault from their end when I informed that I still didn't have my credit card number or any information. Eventually I paid full amount and interest charged to me of late payment as Macys kept calling me day and night making my life hell. I had to pay interest for payment without any fault of mine. Is this customer care or do you think I will ever shop in this place..Never. I never write a bad review unless it has some genuine reason. Macys stop making money this way, you are only shying away good customer and not being able to handle professionally.

False advertisement!

I was trying to buy some Nike shoes from Macy’s when I saw they were on sale, it had 30% off on the advertisement so when I try to checkout it wasn’t giving me the promotion. Chatted with a costumer service and he fixed the price but was charging for shipping when it clearly said free shipping. Customer service person said to check back later. Went to check out shoes later only to find the promo had been taken down. Macys does false advertisement!

Great laptop, great delivery service, good price! I ordered a Lenovo 5 from Lenovo's UK website and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. It is a great laptop that is well-built. I can say this with confidence as I have opened the case up and looked inside. NOTE: If you're opening the case, temporarily disable the battery in the BIOS first!I recommend getting the latest version of Lenovo Vantage from the MS Store. You may also need to independently install the latest Lenovo Vantage driver. I did both and have had no problems with Lenovo Vantage.I have also had no problems registering the laptop and getting the correct start-date for the warranty. Once I registered the laptop using Lenovo Vantage, the start-date for the warranty updated to the correct date automatically.I thought I had a problem with the battery charging because it does not recharge until it falls below 95%; this turned out to be a feature which preserves battery life and prevents overcharging. It works like it should.So why not 5 stars? The laptop is 5 stars, but reviews of Lenovo's customer support, especially their warranty service, are uniformly terrible. I would not risk buying a high-end laptop with such poor expected support from Lenovo. I bought a medium-range laptop with the understanding that if I have any problems, I am on my own.If you're looking for a 5 star company for a laptop, I would recommend HP. They are the closest competitor to Lenovo in terms of price and build quality, but with better service. I have used HP's warranty service a few times in the past and it has been uniformly excellent. I didn't go with HP this time because I needed a medium-range laptop, and at the moment, in that price range, Lenovo is King.

Overpriced, shady billing, lacks basic features.

The software itself is clunky, needlessly complicated, and hard to use, and yet somehow has features missing that you would have thought were an absolute bare minimum. Any useful features you DO want to use will cost you extra, and you'll be squeezed for every penny any time you want to use actually use a feature, aggressively sold to, locked into long term contracts. Terrible experience, awful platform, awful company. 0/10, stay well away.
