Right now I am so annoyed with DSW. I am that person that when somethings/someone is good I'm going to sing their praises...but if I receive poor customer service etc. I'm going to let everyone know about that to. Recently I ordered couple pair of boots online the process with After pay was wonderful but I had a problem with my free blanket. Once I received my order no blanket! So several times I tried calling DSW on 3 seperate occasions I had to wait no less than 30 minutes to speak with someone. Once I finally did there was a bit of a language barrier but we got through it. Then the next day once I received my email confirmation I see it's being shipped to the wrong address and that's one thing I made very clear. So I spend another 2 hours trying to get this corrected so I can get my order by weeks end as promised. I reach a pleasant person but there is a HUGE HUGE language barrier once again. She tells me she can't change the address then she puts me on hold comes back say they don't have the blanket and want to send me a different blanket I've never seen! After nearly a hour of getting no where and being totally frustrated I just said ok and goodbye only to receive another email with a shipping confirmation that still has the WRONG shipping address. They called me for a survey and I told them exactly what I thought. Thoroughly disappointed.
