I ordered a tv by Otto last 27th of November 2020, and will be delivered as per websites promised 1-2 Weeks. It's ok, I understood because maybe many people had ordered because Holiday season is coming. 1 week after, I checked on their website for an update and it said in"5-8 days" is the delivery. I was so happy then. After 5-8 days I received an Email saying Delivery will be delayed for 1-2 weeks again. I was so red then and couldn't understand why would it took that long???? It took 1 month already and my order was not yet there. So I decided to look for another online seller of the same TV brand and features before I cancelled theirs. I was a new customer to them and so treated like that. I will never order ever again to this company! I realized that a good service for them is not important, so they deserve a zero review and feedback, because they've let me feel that I'm nothing to them!
