I reserved a room at the Holiday inn & suites at the JAX Jacksonville, Florida airport. I’m an ihg Platnium elite member who stays in their hotels often and have for several years. We checked in at 4:15pm dropped our bags off at the door and went to the pool. 2 hours later we went to the room which looked great until I turned on the standing lamp in the corner of the room. There were a pair of dirty socks sitting apart in the corner. I immediately called the front desk and spoke to Gary said he could only offer us another room which I didn’t want at this point. I wanted to cancel our reservation and go to another hotel because this city has some of the highest cases of COVID 19 in the country and it is imperative that rooms be cleaned thoroughly. I could no longer feel comfortable in this hotel. However, Gary showed absolutely no empathy and refused to cancel my reservation.I checked out 2 hours after checking and went to another hotel. Although, I will continue to use ihg hotels I will never go to this hotel again.

If I could minus stars then I would ! I’ve been trying to get help with my email address and they’ve sent meOver and over to do the same thing yet my account is still blocked and they want me to try again ! Also was told that there isn’t a limit at how many times you can try and no well I tried and now have to wait another 12 - 24 hours before I can try to change my damn password!!!’ Sickened by the lack of help and obviously lack of communication with eac other aswell. I need the documents and emails from that address if I could attach all these N back and forth screenshots is beyond!!!!!!

Shockingly unfair system in place. had a free trial and after about two weeks i didn't want it, i couldn't find ANYWHERE to cancel it, eventually a payment came out ( £26 odd quid for a MONTH mind you..). after this I found out I could cancel with phoning, so i did, thinking I was well within the 14 days of my money coming off. Gentlemen on the phone were really pleasant and cancelled it. I waited for a refund for a good few days but nothing was even processed. So I went online to check only to find out the 14 days is from when the free trial starts which quite frankly is ridiculous ! The site says you can get a full refund if within 14 days of starting subscription.....but how can you get a refund on a free trial?so don't get a free trial, and my word don't pay £26 for a month of news you can blooming well get for free.

Absolutely outrageous service — 3 hours wasted, then she disappeared.I spent over 3 hours in the Timu customer service chat today trying to solve a very simple issue.I placed ONE order, which Timu decided to split into THREE separate packages. Now I want to return some items, but the website only allows one free return and only shows two of the three packages — so I cannot combine everything into a single return. That means I’d have to pay out of pocket to ship part of my return back to China, which can cost €80+. I refuse to do that.I explained the situation calmly, clearly, and repeatedly. I even sent screenshots and detailed messages (written with help from ChatGPT to avoid confusion). I broke it down into small parts to make it easier for the agent to understand. But she didn’t answer a single one of my questions. Not one.All she did in 3 hours was refund me for one broken cat fountain. That’s it.Then, after 3 hours of chat, and without warning, she suddenly asked, “Are you still there?”Yes, I was — I had just gone to the bathroom for 3 minutes. When I came back, she was gone. No goodbye. No warning. No solution.And I’m left with a large return I can’t process and a situation she never resolved. I feel like I’m living in a twilight zone. It’s surreal. How can you be in customer service and just vanish after 3 hours of ignoring someone?This is not customer service. This is a broken, robotic, scripted system that wastes your time and leaves you worse off than when you started.Timu: you wasted my entire Sunday evening.This experience was outrageous.And, she ignored ALL my very clear structured messages......and offered in those 3 hours not 1 solution. So now I'm stuck. I requested a fair refund for a service I purchased from Envato. However, my requests were ignored, and the process was delayed. As a result, I initiated a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds. And Envato’s response? They immediately froze my account and revoked access to all my purchased services!This is blatant commercial bullying and a clear violation of consumer rights. First, they refused to refund my money, and now they are retaliating by blocking my account simply because I exercised my legal right to dispute a charge. All my purchased items and licenses are now inaccessible due to their disproportionate and unfair actions.Envato is acting like a company that intimidates and pressures its customers. If I don’t cancel the chargeback, they won’t refund my money or restore my account—so they are effectively holding my funds and services hostage!This unethical and unlawful behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Envato. Stay away from platforms that mistreat their customers like this!

I use Channel 4 almost exclusively for my tv viewing. I hate adverts so I pay £39.99 for a year ad free. For that I enjoy a good range of films, watching 6 a month. The range of Walter Presents dramas provide months of high quality tv viewing - choose according to your taste - but I have just finished Carmen Curlers and enjoyed 6 series of Seaside Hotel a few months ago. Some of the shows are low quality but this applies to any channel - you need to be selective. I enjoy Kirstie Allsop's property shows. I have few problems with connections, perhaps once a week? I'm surprised at the negative reviews. If you watch with adverts it doesn't help, but I wouldn't.

We made reservations for the Anne Frank tour at the last minute. The description to find where the guide was located was easy to find, there were only nine in our group, the guide was very knowledgeable and interesting and we were able to see more of Amsterdam since it was a walking tour. This is our second tour with GetYourGuide. I would highly recommend them.

I recently placed an online order with Tractor Supply. One of the things I ordered was a pair of cowboy boots. The heel fell off the boot the second time they were worn. (the heels are only attached by a couple of staples) They had also charged my card twice for these boots. I called their customer service about this and ended up having to talk to at least 3 people and was on the phone with them for over 2 hours. They said they would send a replacement and that instead of returning them I could send them a picture of the defective boot (which I did). Kenna, a supervisor there, said they had been having a problem with people being double charged (it had happened to several people) and that she would take care of it and get the overcharge refunded to my card. I did get the replacement boots but the refund has not happened. I am out $184.72 for a crappy pair of boots that cost $83.99. I have emailed her about this but got no reply. I will never do business with this company again and would advise everyone not to; and if you do watch carefully for how much they charge you.
