I requested a fair refund for a service I purchased from Envato. However, my requests were ignored, and the process was delayed. As a result, I initiated a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds. And Envato’s response? They immediately froze my account and revoked access to all my purchased services!This is blatant commercial bullying and a clear violation of consumer rights. First, they refused to refund my money, and now they are retaliating by blocking my account simply because I exercised my legal right to dispute a charge. All my purchased items and licenses are now inaccessible due to their disproportionate and unfair actions.Envato is acting like a company that intimidates and pressures its customers. If I don’t cancel the chargeback, they won’t refund my money or restore my account—so they are effectively holding my funds and services hostage!This unethical and unlawful behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Envato. Stay away from platforms that mistreat their customers like this!
